Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Also, despite my name, I am kinda of sub myself; I wanted my name to be "Mistress of Fiction" but it was too long. And it does kinda tickle me to be called mistress XD
Well, when it comes to fanfiction abdl stories, I personally find it easier to write if I keep the characters, history, and rules of the world as close to the show/game as possible; only change what little you have to in order to get the abdl elements involved. Also, you don't have to make the story solely about the abdl element; my first story was about Maylu from Megaman coping with the loss of her parents, the developing bond with a former enemy, her problem with her bodily functions due to stress, and finally all the rapid changes in her life.
For the pokemon world there are a number of ways to get trainers padded; a poison attack causing temp/perminent incontinence, a psychic type semi/hypnotizing a trainer to forget potty training or mentally regressing them.
For the Naruto world, if you're pranking post timeskip Sakura you'll find it difficult; she's a fully trained med nin, and a decent kunoichi. Don't know much about Moegi, so can't help there.
Original fiction can be a bit more tricky, you have to explain all the rules of the universe, it's not something someone can instantly pick up. Character appearance, the surroundings, is there magic, technology, a mix, furries, etc. It can be a big undertaking but I'll help if you are serious about it.
