Yuroichi lets Rukia pick their activities, she feeds Rukia a nice lunch of sandwiches, and she cleans her up when Rukia is done eating. the nurses knock Yachiru out cold with an injection, then dress her in the same babyish clothes that cant be removed by the wearer, and Orihime places Yachiru in a crib.

Yuroichi plays with both Ichigo&Rukia, Orihime plays with the kids while doing her job, and Orihime watches Yachiru to make sure she is safe. Yuroichi breastfeeds her new kids, then she smiles down at them, and plays games with them all the time.

Yuroichi changes Ichigo, then she makes him like Rukia, and then she gives him a bottle of her milk to drink. Orihime is having fun with Yachiru, the other nurses clean the diaper&cover, then toss Yachiru old clothes into the incenerator, and the assistants keep an eye on her.
