"Yes Mommy, I understand..." Usagi said.

Rei smirked as she realized just how much power she now had over the padded Senshi.

"Rei, can mommy trust you to be responsible with your baby sister while I make dinner?" She asked hopefully

"Yes Mommy. I'll take good care of her." Rei answered politely.

Usagi could only sigh, resigning herself to her fate. She was tired of getting spanked, and so she no longer had any fight left.

“Good girl.” She gently patted reis head and went towards the kitchen

Rei smirked as soon as Chibi left. " Now, why don't you explain why you're in diapers? And you better talk like a baby while you do."

"Because I went potty in my big girl undies, so Mommy put me in diapees again." Usagi replied, not willing to argue. "And I can't keep them clean..." she added.

"And that's why you're my baby sister now." the fire-element senshi said, snickering a little.
