Tootie smiled. "Good," she said with a smile as she looked at Vicky. "Now then, lie down so that I can put that diaper on you," she ordered her sister, happy that she finally got the upper hand against Vicky. "And we will all play together!" she said happily as she waited for Vicky to obey her, wondering if this would be permanent.

Vicky groaned and sighed as she laid down for Tootie. The red head would just take off the diaper when Tootie wasnt paying attention. "Why do i have to play with you twerps?!" She complained. Timmy was laughing so hard that he too soaked his pants. He wiped his eyes and noticed his accident. "This sucks!" He said.

Tootie smiled. "Because I am in charge now," she explained. "That means that you have to do whatever I say," she explained as she lifted Vicky's legs and diapered her. "That is how it works right?' she asked as she looked at Timmy and saw his wet pants. "Timmy...did you just wet yourself?" she asked as she put her hand on her hips.

Vicky found that putting her pants on was now impossible. She would now have to hold it AND look for something else to wear. Timmy blushed and nodded his head. "Yeah i did Tootie..sorry.." He said. The boy fussed a bit as he held onto Tootie tightly.

Tootie smiled a bit. "That's okay. Now I have two dolls!" she said happily. Looking at Vicky, she had an idea. A bit of revenge for years of torment. "Timmy? Go and get me another diaper," she ordered. "Vicky? Get on all fours," she said with a grin. She was going to use her sister as a changing table.

Timmy blushed as he got the diaper for Tootie. "Uhh Tootie im not a doll, sorry" He said. Vicky not wanting another spanking got on all fours but wiggled around making whatever Tootie wanted to do very difficult.

"Really?" Tootie asked. "Then you can be a puppy! You can walk on all fours, and wear diapers!" she said eagerly. As Vicky wiggled, Tootie frowned and began to spank her sister. "Stay still! Or I will make you into a puppy too,' she warned. She did smile as Timmy gave her the diaper.

"Could i try being....being a baby first?" Timmy asked. "Puppy doesnt sound like fun right now..." He admitted. Vicky held completely still as she was spanked. She held back her cries of pain. "Hurry up you brats!" She yelled. Timmy blushed as he removed his soaked pants and undies.

Tootie smiled. "That seems fine!" she said as she picked up Timmy. "You will be my baby, then puppy! And Vicky will be my dolly!" she said as she laid Timmy on top of Vicky. She frowned and spanked Vicky again. "Don't be mean," she scolded as Vicky's backside jiggled. "You will be a good dolly!"

Vicky mumbled a bunch of insults and held as still as she could. Timmy relaxed as he was about to be changed by Tootie. "Be gentle please, Tootie." He said. Vicky giggled as she knew Timmy was going to wreck his diaper.
