They laid down quite happily for her and her humorous reactions.

"Drink up, darlings," she cooed lovingly, bringing them up to their nipples.

They both latched on as passersby and admirers took photos of them.

"Smile for the cameras," she bade them, as she did the same. She did not mind showing off to others.

They did exactly that. Apparently, since the wizarding world had their equivalent of celebrity magazines, and Narcissa was in that and often in their pages, lots of people wanted to know her better.

One person in particular was Molly Weasley, who happened to be in the vicinity with her two youngest children.
