Orihime holds Yachiru tighter as she play peekaboo with her, then Yuroichi dresses Rukia in a bunny themed version of Yachiru baby outfit, and she cuddles Rukia close while slowly feeding her through the pacis. Yuroichi coos at Rukia her little baby, and she says "Rukia sweety you are the cutest&best baby for mommy, so please stay with me."

Rukia nodded. wetting her self.

Orhime lavishes all the attention on baby Ichigo, then Yuroichi changes Rukia's sagging diiapere with love, and the nurses help feed&clean up after the babies. Yuroichi cuddles Rukia close while playing baby games with her, and she helps Orihime tuck the others into their crib.

Orihime nurses Yachiru with her special milk until she falls asleep, and Yuroichi lavishes her attention on Rukia. Orihime goes back to playing with Ichigo, and Yuroichi loves how cute all the babies are at all times.
