"Ah-ha!" Dipper scurries up and wobbles a bit with the pull-ups weighing him down a bit. He stumbles and falls on top of her due to being unbalance but he quickly removes her panties next and gets the Pull up open and at her feet.

All he had to do was literally PULL-UP and he would WIN!

"Haha! Time to claim my victory!" Dipper grinned maliciously.

Mable continues to try and get the pull-up off her face.

Dipper didn't waste any more time. He pulled it right up her legs. He then removed the belt from the book and tied it around her waist, yanking her up by the strap. It was around the pull-up so it wasn't coming off without his say.

"Heheh. Done. I win Mabel." Dipper said with a grin.

Sibling Rivalry. It was a 50-50 split between wins and losses.

Boy it felt good when he won though.

"So did I."Mable laughs pointing at the huge bulge around Dipper's waist

Dipper blinked and looked down. The pull-ups were all but stuffed inside his pants. With a blush he grumbled and used his other hand to try and remove them. "Hmph. Very funny. But I've got you belted. You're not going anywhere until we look at this page together. Just ONE and then I let you go."

"Fine."Mable replies, "Oh and thats gonna take you awhile to get those out, theyre packed in tight."

Dipper grumbled. He had just gotten ONE removed. She was right. They were stuck in there good and with only one hand free he wasn't able to get them out correctly. She really DID win as well.

That blows. That means it was a draw. Damn.

Dipper sighed and gave up taking them out. He instead reached for the book and opened it up to the page he wanted her to see. "This one...! It's about Situational Irony and in particular it deals with unexpected situations happening when the cosmos wishes to play a bit of a cosmic joke on someone by screwing with coincidence."

"So interesting."Mable sighs before shoving a pull-up over Dipper's head.

"I know right. But the STRANGE thing that I actually wanted you to see is what it says at the bottom of the page about twins and parallel-AAGH!" Dipper didn't get to finish his sentence when the pull-up made its way over his face. He let go of the belt that held Mabel and tried to get it off. "Darnit Mabel!"

"Freedom!!"Mable yells as she quickly pulls off her pull-up and get dressed.
