Raichu was getting tired and one of the pins hit him. Luckily there was no poisoning from it. "Raichu, it's soon to be over, use quick attack!" he commanded as the Raichu dashed forward and quickly was about to hit the spider pokemon.

Truthfully the mouse pokemon was just about tuckered out.

Janine waited patiently for the right time to strike, just like she learned from her ninja training. She saw the quick attack to be foolish as it brought Raichu in close range. Once Raichu got close enough Janine let out a smile and ordered, "Poison Jab." Ariados made one of its legs glow purple and when Raichu got close enough it immediately jabbed the attack right onto Raichu's belly. "Pretty foolish," Janine smirked, "Should have let your Raichu attacked from afar just like I did earlier."

"Good job Raichu" he says as the pokemon fainted from the last hit. "Poor guy was just about out of juice after that confuse ray. He wouldn't have been able to handle much more from electric attacks" he explains. He then tossed out his Scyther. "Now this should be fun. Scyther double team, and prepare to move in an attack. Be ready that Ariados is quick" he commands and warns.

Janine looked carefully as Scyther used its Double Team all across the battlefield. Making false copies was something ninjas like herself did and she was trained to keep her eyes out for anything, too. "You really think you can beat me at my own tricks?" Janine asked, looking around carefully to see which Scyther was the real one. Then, her eyes caught a particular Scyther to her right and knew right then and there that it had to be the real Scyther. "Snare that Scyther to the right with String Shot," she ordered. Ariados opened up its mandibles and shot out a string of silk to the selected Scyther.

"They're pretty good Scyther, but not too bright" he states. "Use cut then quick attack, and cut again. Extend your blades to prevent any close range attacks!" he commands as the green pokemon cut the string easily that came at it, then moved swiftly towards the pokemon who seemed fairly stationary.

Janine just gave a stare as she saw the Scyther cut away the String Shot with ease. It seemed that slowing down its Double Team would be more difficult then she though and going in for a Poison Jab would also be a bad idea because of its sharp blades and Pin Missile could also be easily knocked away. Of course there was one more trick she could use. "Use Shadow Sneak!!" she ordered. The Ariados disappeared into thin air and a shadow was left behind, quickly going behind Scyther. Its physical body reappeared and immediately struck its mandibles towards Scyther's back.

Scyther's fluttering wings felt the movement of the pokemon and given such an ability, Scyther swiftly turned and began defending itself with its blades. "Scyther use x-scissor!" he commanded as the pokemon crossed his blades and began an attack at the now very cloth Ariados.

Janine could only watch as Ariados was quickly taken down with the attack. Now knocked out Janine only had one Pokemon left. If she lost she would have to tell Matt the truth. She didn't want that. She had to win. The ninja called back Ariados and then sent out her Venomoth. She knew that getting close to Scyther would be impossible without getting struck back so she had to attack from afar. "Use Sludge Bomb!!" she ordered. Venomoth spread out its wings and prepared to fire a ball of sludge for Scyther.

"Scyther be quick, and watch the floor with a sludge attack" he warns and the pokemon nodded and did so. "Janine I know you are a gym leader and a tough opponent. But if you manage to take down my Scyther, my next pokemon is a fire type. Just as a warning" he says to try and get into her head a bit.

Janine was now a bit nervous again. Her chances of winning were now a bit reduced from being told about Matt's third Pokemon. However, that didn't phase her much. She knew she could still win this for she had pulled off impossible victories before. Then she started feeling some dampness underneath her uniform. Janine then realized, much to her horror that she was wetting her diaper. "Not now," she thought to herself. She quickly shook her head, regained focus, and hastily said, "Fire!!" Venomoth nodded and launched the Sludge Bomb straight for the Scyther.
