This is principal Darpa Mr.Shepard we've *he sighed* we've regretting news to tell you as you know Jean has alway made it through each grade by just barely passing..... *he rubbed his head and verbally whinced * and well look i don't know how this happened but this year his grades were looking in the shitter sooooooo we planned to move him back to 11th but last year we updated the rubrik and the necessary passing grade and well he had to be moved down to 10th. But they updated the passing grade two years ago........ and so did 9th ..... but there's more we had to call tiger middle but they revised ALLL THIER MINIMUM GRADES sssoooo then we called zippy elementary.....
