Saki had gotten a blue teddy bear, worn out from possible usage from other babies in the ward. Its eyes were large buttons so that the babies could not choke, it was missing an arm and half of its right leg, but it was still usable. She heard Sasuke blurt out some sort of noise with a noticeable lisp. As she ran over to see what was the matter, her expression of worry had softened as she saw the helpless and regressed boy grabbing his blanket with glee. Saki smiled as gave Sasuke a light kiss on the hand before patting his diapered front. "Good baby, but you shouldn't make such loud noises, you'll spook everyone into thinking something happened." Saki explained, although she knew for a fact that he probably couldn't understand her as he was deep in a drugged stupor.

Sasuke just smiled and hugged the stuffed bear, not seeming to know how raggedy it was or what the nice lady just said. Her words went in one ear and out the other, no comprehension showing on his vacant face. Despite its missing arm and eye, he liked how nice it felt, cooing as he nuzzled it with his cheek, marveling at its softness, "Bwuuh." Clearly, he was a very happy baby, even with his diaper all messy; it still felt yucky, but his mind was now off it, only able to focus on his new bear friend. He didn't seem capable of focusing on much in this state.
