"Holy...!" Eggman mumbled before pressing a button on his console that sent out a jumper cable straight through the line of missiles and towards where Joey was hopping toward.

"AAAAH!!" He cried out and waving his arms, spinning his body some in the head, just narrowly avoiding the jumper cable as it whizzed by his...erm...lower region. "P..PHEW~"

Eggman smirked as the cable attached to a missile that was right behind Joey. He pulled on the controls and had the cable bend to his whim, making it swing around toward Joey's front! The other missiles had slammed into other buildings once initially dodged, creating a large cloud of smoke that made it hard to see.

"Never underestimate an IQ of 300 worm!" Eggman grinned evily.

"Crapcrapcrapcrapcrap!" He repeated and looked around for some way to avoid the missile.

Sonic's foot came out and kicked the missile across from the way and made it crash into the side of a building. Eggman groaned. "I don't... have time for this..."

Sonic grabbed Joey and landed on the roof. "You okay?" Tails was sitting there, lolling a bit in a confused daze.

"Phew! Thanks for the assist!" he said giving sonic a thumbs up. "Anyways, what does Eggman want? Just another typical 'I WILL DESTROY THAT HEDGEHOG' type of thing?" he said, imitating Eggman.

"Actually... he's acting like he wants nothing to do with me..." Sonic said quizingly.

"Shoot... That's it then..." Eggman detached his Eggmobile from the cockpit of the robot and took off across the city, leaving the robot on autopilot for damage.

"Hey! He's getting away! Guh. Wait. First thing's first. These robots are a lot stupider without Eggman in them. I'll go for the head. You take the legs." Sonic ordered.

"You got it!" He then jumped off of the building, but then shifted his weight a specific way and kicked off of the wall and flew towards to Robot.

Sonic shot through the robot's brain compartment and slashed through it's upper body multiple times, making it explode several times from the top.

Joey hit the ground and then leapt off of it, delivering powerful blows to the robots legs, making them all bend inward, causing the robot to start to fall to the ground.
