"i didn't see a line" matt says, simply pointing out facts and holes in her story.

"Well I'm a girl and we take our time thank you," Dawn replied moving onto her food.

"Alrighty then, you could have just said you had an upset stomach or something" he says then puts his attention back onto the tv

Dawn ignored his comment and continued eating. As she ate she also noticed the tv. "So who's fighting today?"

"Who? the champion of pokemon, I don't know haha, some couple of guys" He says.

"Anything interesting happening or just the usual shame and defeat for the challengers?" Dawn had finished her food and was finishing her drink.

Matt raised an eyebrow at down. "what are you talking about? it's just two guys in the prelim's of the tournament. They seem ok, kinda equally matched which could mean they're both good or both suck" he says.

Dawn realized something. She was going to share a room with this guy, but she didn't even know his name. "Ummm, I'm not sure if you told me your name or not and I know I haven't told you mine. I'm Dawn, and I'm from Twinleaf Town."

"My name is Mark and I'm from seaflame town" he says then turns his attention towards her. "sorry if i came off a bit snippy"
