Brett manages to avoid Hikari by making sharp turns, giggling and laughing all the while as were the other children, the 'it' rotates several times as the kids dart to and fro around the yard.
Meanwhile while talking with his sister Jack's demeanor had changed drastically, he was rather glum and antsy. "I really don't want to Lin, you know how much they scared me as a kid." Linda rolls her eyes and shakes her head. "Jeez your still not over that? Look if we had another option I wouldn't ask you, but the professional clown we had coming came down with strep throat, thats why we want you and James to do it. We've got the costumes and everything." Jack crosses his arms and bites his lip. "Why can't he do it by himself?" Linda sighs. "Because he's always been funnier with a partner, besides you 2 were always the class clowns in school, its not like I'm asking you to do anything different then what you used to do then, just wear a silly costume this time, besides James can make balloon animals and such and I know you can juggle and ride a unicycle."
Jack continues to brood as Linda regard him with a stern eye. "If not for me then do it for Brett at least, you know how much he likes clowns." She says. Finally Jack gives in and rubs his eyes, nodding. "Fine fine I'll do it...but you owe me." Linda chuckles and nods. "Yeah I know."
