Cardin let go of Jaune's collar causing the blonde boy to yelp slightly as he fell and turned to look at Coco with a glare, "Your going to pay for that! Just you wait!" yelled Cardin pointing at Coco in anger as he tried to think of a way to get back at Coco for that but he wasn't completely dumb and knew that he didn't stand a chance against Yatsuhashi unless he was able to do a surprise attack on him and take him out, no, he would just have to let his anger out on other teams. Cardin glanced at Jaune briefly with a smirk but picking on Jaune was so easy and not much of a challenge anymore! Maybe he would release his anger out on Ruby or even Pyrrha, after all, he hadn't picked on Pyrrha for a while and he knew sensitive Pyrrha could be at times.

Blake nodded in agreement with a smile, "Yeah but he's bound to take that anger out on someone," replied Blake, "so we'll all need to watch each other's back a little more closely now unless he is that stupid to go pick a fight with Coco." added Blake.

Ruby whimpered softly at hearing the door open and clung more to Yang, "Mhm..." whined Ruby nuzzling her face up against Yang's chest while her eyes slowly opened and she looked over towards the door only to see Blake and Weiss there. Why were they looking at her and Yang like that? Ruby continued to suck her thumb feeling rather dazed from her nap with her big sister still, "Aren't you guys suppose to be in class?" asked Ruby only to blush as her words came out slurred causing her to realise that she had her thumb in her mouth and quickly removed it becoming somewhat nervous as she gave her two team-mates an awkward grin yet she didn't move away from Yang at all and still had her hand clutching her big sister's shirt.

(So I'm assuming by this point you've seen the end of volume two and actually know who I'm talking about, right?)
Coco smirked "Yeah? What if it wasnt me that threw the book? All I said was it came from over here, not that it was me, idiot. For all I know it could be that portrait of Ozpin" she replied, knwoing Cardin wouldn't dare doing anything. Yatsu wasn't the only one with monstrous strength on the team
Yang just snored a bit, always having been a heavy sleeper, and her arms wrapped around Ruby
"We should be, but Port was off on another tangent, so I had Coco create a distraction so we could slip out" Weiss replied "Now mind explaining why you're sucking your thumb and sleeping with your sister?"

(I haven't been able to watch RWBY for quite a bit but there was a small introduction to that team in the last few episodes I remember watching and I can always check wiki for info. ^_^)

Cardin snarled at Coco and near enough through a temper tantrum if it weren't for the fact that he didn't want everyone in the class to see that! Nor did he want to pick fight with people that he could lose against. He hated losing which is why he picked on people he deemed weaker then him because in his eyes they were and that allowed him to show off, "Whatever." huffed Cardin taking a deep breath and sitting back down as he tried to think of a way to show everyone that he wasn't to be messed with at all but that meant selecting a good target but who? He couldn't choose Jaune that would be easy and pointless. He needed someone strong, Pyrrha? Ruby? Weiss? He glanced at Nora and frowned. He wasn't going to go near her at all! Maybe he could target all three girls? Along with a few others! Cardin snickered to himself as he glanced over at Pyrrha who simply raised an eyebrow at him before returning her attention to some homework that needed doing.

Ruby blushed a little upon feeling Yang's arms wrap around her and simply stared at Weiss with tearful eyes, "I..." mumbled Ruby becoming nervous and unsure as to how she could even explain this to Weiss and Blake.

"You don't have to answer any of that," stated Blake before turning to Weiss while Ruby nudges Yang to wake up, "and you shouldn't be asking such personal questions like that because it doesn't matter if Ruby sucks her thumb and sleeps with Yang, does it?" questions Blake putting her hands on her hips before looking at Ruby, "But we do need to know what is going on with you, you are our leader and if there's a problem you need to tell all of us."

Ruby looks away from Weiss and Blake and hides herself somewhat behind Yang not wanting to talk about the problems she had been dealing with or her recent thoughts, "Everything's fine..." replied Ruby causing Blake to rub her forehead in frustration.

(Oh... we'll you'll like them)
"Thats right ice brain, sit back down. You can't do shit. Maybe thats why you only pick on the weaklings? You're too scared anyone with some decent abilities would mop the floor with you" Coco taunted.
Yang groaned as she woke up "Sis, is everything alri... oh... shit." Yang blushed as she saw their team mates.
Weiss sneered as Blake repreminded her "Excuse me, but I am a Schnee. If I want answers, I demand answers."
Yang did catch that last bit "Ruby... if you don't tell them, I will. We all care about you, and don't want to see you suffering sk they need to know."

(Mhm!)

It took all of Cardin's will-power not to go over there and start a fight with Coco! He hated her so much for mocking him! Anger fueled him and he broke his pencil causing it to crumble in his hand but he couldn't go after Coco! He knew that she was right but hadn't Coco just insult everyone he picked on? Cardin frowned and thought to himself. He would show Coco somehow and he would have her crying by the end of term but until then he needed to get his anger out badly and that meant going for someone easy and close to him! He glanced at Pyrrha and quickly drew a crude drawing of her which he passed on to his team-mate which went around quite a lot of students, "Why are people looking at me?" asked Pyrrha to her team-mates feeling a little weird and insecure. Jaune simply shrugged, "I dunno? There isn't toilet paper stuck to your shoe is there?" joked Jaune lightly.

Blake rubbed her forehead a little, "You need to work on your attitude, Weiss," stated Blake but she knew that was near-enough impossible for the girl, "but Yang is right we do care about you even Weiss," continued Blake, "even if she shows it in a weird way."

Ruby stared at Weiss, Blake and then Yang. What could she do? She didn't feel brave enough to tell them but they cared about her and here she was being such a loser! Ruby lowered her head feeling ashamed, "I'm sorry," whispered Ruby, "I'm sorry that I'm such a terrible leader and I really should just quit now, I'm sorry for wasting your time."

Ruby tried to get up only to fall due to her body being tangled in the bed-sheets causing her to face-plant the floor and for her shirt to fall exposing her under-malnourished body to Yang, Blake and Weiss.

Coco sighed as she got the drawing and wrote on it "So since you're too scared to confront me, you'll instead resort to making a horrid drawing of a girl who has successfully 1 v 4'd your entire team? Brains really aren't your strong suit" she crumpled the drawing and tossed it at Cardins head
Yang gasped as she caught glimpse of Rubys stomach, then got out of the bed herself and picked Ruby up "I knew you weren't eating... Ruby... I think we need to take some time off. Blake, Weiss, Ruby has been dealing with some serious feelings about not being good enough. How she feels cut rate and just shouldn't be here. We skipped class due to Cardin bullying her, and decided to take a nap together like we did when we were kids. Now I want you girls to answer this as truthfully as you can. Do you think Ruby is a bad huntress and hasn't earned her place here?"

Pyrrha watched as a ball of paper was thrown at Cardin's head and winced slightly at the loud noise he made as he stood up due to his chair to screech loudly and the thump of his fists on the wooden desk.

Cardin was even more furiously as he opened the piece of paper and read it only to become even more enraged. He had brains! And that bitch got lucky! He glared at Coco and thankfully for him the bell rang loudly.

Pyrrha sighed as she packed her books away but left the one she was reading out so she could finish it before the next class started over some food! Pyrrha stood up and kept her eyes on the page not noticing Cardin was blocking her and her team in. Jaune seeing this and having become a lot braver recently took a deep breath, "What do you want Cardin?" asked Jaune puffing his chest out causing Pyrrha to look at Jaune and then Cardin who was right in front her and way to close for her liking.

Was Cardin trying to scare her? She looked up at him with a scowl and was half-tempted to stomp on his foot but she wanted Jaune to deal with this, after all, he was team-leader and he was gaining confidence and if this got bad she, Nora or anyone could step in, right?

"Hey!" shouted Pyrrha as Cardin grabbed her book from her, "Give that back!" shouted Pyrrha annoyed. Jaune tried his best, really but Cardin just hit him in the stomach and laughed, worried Pyrrha crouched down to make sure Jaune was alright as the boy breathed and gasped heavily. Cardin laughed and walked off with his group and Pyrrha's book! It had important notes in it! "Jaune are you okay?" asked Pyrrha worried. Maybe she shouldn't of let Jaune take on Cardin like that? Jaune wouldn't be in pain if she stepped in....

Ruby whimpered at Yang's gasp knowing full well that her sister wasn't pleased about this at all and closed her eyes tightly as she was picked up by her big sister, "Sorry." squeaked Ruby placing her head against Yang's chest and hiding herself as best as she could from Blake, Weiss and even Yang! All she could do was listen to Yang as a couple of tears slid down her face.

Blake stared in shock, "Ruby! Your the best huntress at this entire school! Come on your two years younger then us," stated Blake, "you've earned your place here the moment you were accepted and you shouldn't let Cardin bully you into this state of mind," continued Blake, "I know he's been a bigger dick then normal and we've all gone through some tough missions but there's no need to abuse yourself like this!" stated Blake with worry and unable to get the image of Ruby's under-weight body out of her head. Blake glanced at Weiss.

Ruby sniffled a little and tried not to cry. They were nice words but she didn't believe them at all and it was the matter of having hope and spirit that counted? And she didn't have much left with Cardin's torment, after all, she had seen Jaune crying once over Cardin's bullying and remembered the talk they had.

"Cardin...." mumbled Ruby, "h-how can it work?" whispered Ruby, "If it feels like I'm completely useless, how can it work when there's someone constantly telling me that?" How can I believe I'm something.....when....it feels like I'm not doing anything? Even if I try and do something Cardin always gets away and there's others as well." whispered Ruby, "There's no point in anything."

Coco sighed as she watched that unfold "Fox, after him"
The dark skinned boy nodded as he began to persue Cardins group
She came up to Pyrrha "Hey, sorry about that. That piece of shit really needs to learn his place. From now on, we're going to be putting all of that idiote victims under our protection. If you catch him causing shit, text me and let me know. I'll make sure one of the CFVY members, or at least another second year, takes care of it. Why don't you and Jaune come with us and I'll buy some snacks since I did accidentally call you weaker then him. Oh, and Fox will retrieve your book, and let Cardin know whats up, momentarily."
A bit of screaming down the halls made it clear that Fox had found his target
"Gotta love that..." Coco chuckled
Meanwhile, in Dorm RWBY...
"Ruby Rose. You are not weak. You are not worthless. You should be here just like anyone else. Even if we do have our differences. A lot." Weiss sighed, but she did sound genuine. Perhaps, somewhere deep down, she did have a bit of a soft spot for the younger girl
"And as for Cardin, well, I have a feeling that Coco is going to be taking care of him, seeing as her distraction was a book to his head. Its all going to be alright. I should know. I have basically been bullied my whole life, even if its not quite in the same form. Sure, I'm spoiled, and used to getting my way, but that's because for most of my life I've had to sit perfectly straight, keep my damn language clean, and be reserved. If I didn't follow my rules, I was locked in my room. Alone. If I made it through that, you can make it through Cardins shit"

Pyrrha blushed slightly as Coco came up to them and apologised, "Thank you and you don't need to apologise for anything," replied Pyrrha feeling her confidence plummet a little over her and Jaune's interaction with Cardin, "your right about us being weaklings," stated Pyrrha lifting Jaune up and putting his arm around her shoulder, "we don't really stand up to Cardin and we should but," sighed Pyrrha, "we all try to ignore it because we don't know how to deal with when of our own is kind of a bad guy, I guess." admitted Pyrrha as Jaune continued to breath in and out heavily still trying to recover from the blow, "You alright Jaune?" asked Pyrrha, worriedly.

"Yeah fine! Snacks sound good! And someone needs to teach Cardin lesson I'm glad it's someone else rather then us." admitted Jaune causing Pyrrha to look away embarrassed. She was tough! One of the toughest in her year and she should be able to take on Cardin but you never expect that you'd have to take on one of your own but she couldn't help smile at Coco, "I feel a lot more safe now, thank you." admitted Pyrrha following Coco while helping Jaune walk.



Professor Ozpin watched with a critical eye. He would of had Cardin expelled by now but he was useful for the students to learn that not everyone they encounter would be nice and friendly to them and Cardin happened to be one of those people and maybe Cardin could grow? Maybe. Professor Ozpin sighed and sent a quick message through email to Yang giving her permission for the weekend break.


Ruby's entire face turned red as Weiss scolded her or at least that's what it felt like to her! She felt like a child! Ruby continued to hide her face into Yang's chest as she listened to Weiss and took everything the heiress said in and wasn't quite sure what to say to her team-mate in return. This was the first time she had actually heard about Weiss's feelings and while she felt a connection there she couldn't help but feel worse, worse that she hadn't paid attention earlier to Weiss and talked to her about her childhood! What type of leader was she? She looked guiltily at Weiss for a moment, "I should of known that..." mumbled Ruby feeling a lot more worse now that she hadn't know anything about Weiss properly! Nor did she know about Blake! What sort of leader was she? And why did people want her around? Ruby rubbed her eyes as she tried to fight away the tears but she couldn't! She felt stressed and emotional and soon enough she started crying, "I'm not worth anything!" sobbed Ruby, "I can't do anything right, I can't...." whimpered Ruby hiccuping, "I-I don't deserve to be here, I don't deserve anything and if I can't stand up to someone like Cardin then what am I? Really?" asked Ruby, "I...." sobbed Ruby burrowing her head against Yang's shoulder as she broke down, loudly.

"No, you're not weak. Either of you. Pyrrha, you aren't champion of Mistral for no reason, you're just non-confrontational. And Jaune, I bet you could easily slice up an Ursa if you tried. Don't let Cardin pushing you down harm your confidence at all. Lets go grab some Velvet. Well, Velvet Chocolate. I've got the bunny booty on lock down, keep your hands off" Coco smirked
Weiss sighed and, probably a shock to all of them, embraced Ruby in a hug. She let the small red haired girl cry into her shoulder instead "Hey, its alright Ruby. You don't have to stand up to him to be strong. As a matter of fact, I think you're stronger for not confronting him. Because ultimately thats what he wants. And right now, team CFVY will be giving him what he wants, regardless of if he likes it or not. You're smart, strong, brave, and even a bit cute... in a lost puppy manner... be happy Ruby"
