"Feed him what?" Ferb asked. He was confused and hoped Candace didnt have anything sneaky planned.

Candace again went for the diaper bag and pulled out a baby bottle, filled with white liquid
C : His bottle.

Ferb shook his head in response. "No thank you." He said. Phineas tried reaching for the bottle and fussed.

C : Alright then. Sit down then and I'll explain what's going on. You must be so confused
Candace nodded as she sat down, laying Phineas on her laps and placing the bottle to his lips

Ferb sat down and watched Phineas and Candace. Phineas began to happily drink his bottle. He let out a happy hum and relaxed.

C : Alright, Ferb. As you see this device will let me mentally regress you to mindsets of babies, for punishment. I promise I will rarely use it, this is only to show what this can do. Don't worry, Phineas will be back to normal in two or three hours. As other punishments are normal ones for babies and little kids, like time outs or longer naps. Your rules are
1. No swearing, hitting or biting
2. Do not leave this area without me
3. Be polite
4. No ignore the olders
5. Big sister will bath, feed and dress you up
6. You'll eat, what I give you
7. You're going to bed at 8 pm in work days. 10 pm if you were good
8. You'll take a nap time from 12 to 1 pm
And the last one, 9. You have to wearing your diapers all the time, do not take them off and using them for their purpose

Phineas soon finished his bottle and giggled happily. "O....okay Candace" Ferb said. He was absolutely shocked and speechless.

Candace smiled at Ferb as she petted him on head
C : I know you will be a good little boy, Ferb. Don't worry your head about a thing
Candace then laid Phineas over her shoulder, patting his back
C : Would you like some milk too after I'm done with Phineas?

Phineas held onto Candace and let out a small burp. Ferb blushed when he was offered a bottle. "Uhh...i mean i guess so." Ferb said.

Candace smiled, as she again cuddled to Phineas, before placing him on the ground on his knees
C : You go and play, Phineas. Ferb needs his bottle as well
