Not the most cheerful of ponies? Like Twilight Snarkle was one to talk. Trixie could be cheerful! "Trixie is not aiming to help. And Trixie resents that you think Trixie cannot get along with you. The Great and Charismatic Trixie can get along with anyone."

"Hey! It's Trixie!" "Trixie?" "She's the unicorn who enslaved us!" Trixie's eyes widened. Lots of ponies were starting to take notice. Trixie remembered the incident with the alicorn amulet. Kinda. Some parts were fuzzy. She remembered how many ponies were upset afterwards. "Twilight Sparkle, Trixie would appreciate it if we could pick up the pace. Now!"

Twilight ignored Trixie's requests to speed up. She wanted to make her suffer a bit for being so rude so far this morning. "Oh hush, if you just ignore them they'll leave you alone. Plus you're with me so you don't have to worry about anything besides pissing yourself." She replied. She wasn't going to deal with this shit.

Trixie was going to throw a smart remark back at Twilight, when an apple nailed her in the jaw. Trixie stumbled, holding the impact spot. That really hurt! They threw an apple at her?! "Somepony threw an apple at the Great and Powerful Trixie?!"

"Get out of our town, jerk!" "Nopony wants you here!" "Go enslave someone else!" Trixie narrowly avoided a rock. Trixie glared at Twilight. "Ignore them?! Trixie does not need your horrible advice! Trixie is more than capable of getting hit with projectiles on her own!" Trixie galloped away from the alicorn and the yelling ponies, speeding off into a passage between two buildings.

Twilight sighed and altered her path in order to follow Trixie. As much as she would have rather let the cold little bitch stew in the cesspool of hate Ponyville had for her, she needed Trixie to be able to change her diapers mostly. But she could find Trixie useful in other regards should she actually stop whining for a few minutes. "Trixie! Get your ass out here already!" She shouted, not happy with her actions.

Trixie growled, stopping in her tracks. "Do not yell at Trixie! The Great and Powerful Trixie has not done anything wrong! Ever since that stupid Amulet, Trixie has tried to improve! But ponies will not give Trixie a chance! You all do not care about the Great and Powerful Trixie in the least bit! Trixie is trying to change! Give Trixie a break!"

Twilight sighed. "Well then you can start with your attitude. You've continued to berate me every time something happened today, regardless of whose fault it was or it was something neither of us could control. You wanna show ponies you've changed? Get out here, walk beside me and we'll have a nice, adult conversation. You being calm and kind will show ponies that you have changed, especially if you're walking next to the princess."

Trixie glared, but was silent. It was easy enough for her to say. She could do no wrong. She was the Element of Magic. She was Celestia's student. She was a Princess. Trixie knew what would happen if she walked back out there. Ponies were going to continue to yell at her, and they were going to continue to throw things at her. But, fine. Trixie was going to play along with Twilight's stupid plan. "Fine. But, stop ponies from throwing things at Trixie. This situation is bad enough as it is."

Twilight nodded. "All you have to do is apologize on the square. Inform everypony that you're working as my assistant for an important project and that I won't be happy if anypony hurts you or is mean to you." She said, putting a hoof on Trixie. "Now how about we get out there and conquer this stupid spell?"

Trixie groaned. "Can't you do it? They're already mad at Trixie. Trixie will apologize, but they like you better..." She had a feeling there'd be a better reaction coming from the Princess than the showmare who enslaved them.

Twilight shook her head. "No it must come from you. I'll be right there beside you, but you must do the talking. Just make sure you don't show off your diaper." She teased, giggling a bit.
