Penny gave a smile of enormous satisfaction as Kyle climaxed into the front of his diaper. "Tell me honestly: did you enjoy that?"

Actually... not EXACTLY like a baby." She smiled down at his padding when she felt his manhood again. "As you are still physically and mentally a grown man, we have to take your libido into account. As such, you can expect plenty of sexual favors from me."
