(So to level up, you can either gain 6 HP + your constitution modifier, or you can roll 1d10+your constitution modifier, which has the chance of getting you more hit points, and also an equal chance of less. You also gain the ability action surge, which allows you to take an extra action on your turn once every short or long rest. The 6 layer diapers don't do anything outside the dungeon, so for now it is just normal.)
"Do you like my stinky butt?" Shreya teases, her tail squishing Zara's own clean padding.

Zara nodded and hugged Shreya’s mushy diaper. “Yepyep! Really comfy! And uh.....it doesn’t smell bad.”

"That enchantment seems to have carried even out side the dungeon." Shreya giggles. "Now, do you want breakfast?" She asks.

Zara nodded and crawled up to Shreya’s chest, but tilted his head. “What enchantment?”

"Normally we'd be able to tell we each were stinky butts from the smell alone, but these diapers seem to take care of most of the smell. I assume they are enchanted to do so." Shreya explains, taking off her bra and letting Zara suckle. (Make the same DC 16 intelligence check as before.)

Zara drank his fill and finished his meal after a minute or two of drinking. “Y-Your milk is so good, mommy.”

"I'm glad you like it cutie." Shreya says, stroking Zara's head. "Want to check outside to see if anything has changed? After that, you can give me a change." Shreya says, shaking her butt at Zara.

Zara nodded and stretched, getting to his feet. “Go right ahead, mommy”.

"I'll need to get dressed before I can go outside, and It would be easier for you to change me without my onesie on. Do you want to change me before or after you check outside?" Shreya asks.

Zara patted Shreya’s butt and smiled. “Let’s get you changed now, ok?”
