The elf says nothing else, he seems to reached the limit of what he wants to give.

Cetishil sighs and picks up the elf. "Stay here with Shanara, Burnish. I think there is a prison caravan that comes through every once in a while. I'm going to see if they accept him." (There isn't one. Cetishil would have taken them off the main road a ways to remain unseen, so it would be a short trek to get back to the road.) Cetishil carries the elf past the other side of the road a far distance, then says to the elf, "If I let you go, could you look me in the eyes and say you will stop helping to burn down villages and do something productive with your life?"

Cetishil will find that there's no such caravan right now. He looks at Cestshil and tells her "I promise you that I won't do that again."

Cestshil looks at his face to see if he is lying. (Sense motive check 14+10=24.)

It's faint, he's clearly good at controlling himself, but Cetishil narrowly picks up that what he's saying is at least not the total truth.

Cetishil narrows her eyes. "I'm getting the feeling you're not being honest with me." She pulls out a spear. "Can you make me that promise, and never break it for as long as you live?" (Sense motive check 15+10=25.)

"What are you talking about, of course I can!" He tells Cestshil who once again picks up that he's lying.

Cetishil gives a grim smile. "You know, the person who locked me in a crate and killed my parents said the same thing." She stabs the Elf with the spear. "Bloody bastard was lying, just like you."
