Alice was rather miffed at her failure to secure her freedom from the pacifier, even if she had been pessimistic about her chances in the first place. She squirmed and glared a bit as she was petted and condescended to.

She began blushing and whining at his statement, but realised it was going to be true. The park was packed with people, and they were on a course for the largest congregation of them! She squirmed and moved as slowly and reluctantly as possible, prompting a sharp tug from her leash, a reminder to keep moving.

And move she did, her nappy crinkling and ankle, wrist and collar bells jingling in chorus, announcing her presence to the people that had begun to take notice of her. She blushed harder and suckled more frequently on the pacifier bulb for comfort, as her tail and ears drooped.

Unfortunately for her, trying to angrily glare with a giant pacifier stuck in her mouth, didn't exactly manage to intimidate anyone, in fact it had quite the opposite effect. It didn't save her from what was coming for her at all though, and she could easily realise this wasn't going to be an easy trip when she saw the crowded park.
Matt's smile couldn't have been any wider without serious medical consequences.
However, he did notice Alice's reluctance, and did tug on her leash a few times to motivate the diapered, mittened, pacified kitten to a quicker pace - and she could thank him for attachingthe leash to her harness' shoulder straps instead of her collar.

Lo and behold, as the crinkling, jingling, adorably dressed and thoroughly bound cutie walked into the crowd, people started turning and a few "Awww"-s and "Adorable"-s were heard. Whispers around her started, some speculated how much she had cost, some complimented how her romper matched her hair and tail color, some wondered what she'd done to deserve the full restraint package. But one thing was sure, she received plenty of attention, including Matthew's, who kept her close by.

Alice continued to waddled along obediently beside her master, not that she really had much of a choice. She tried to ignore the attention being lavished on her as they seemed to take a long, winding path through the park, her suckling on the pacifier every step of the way.

She was so nervous and self conscious that she didn't even notice the needs of her bladder until it was too late, and there was a hiss as she flooded the padding of her nappy with warm urine, making her squirm and whine at her accident, visible to others as well due to the fading wetness indicator.

The worst was yet to come, as the phones were taken out, and photos and videos were being taken of the poor bundled up neko, faithfully capturing even the moment she wet herself. Although the diaper itself was covered by the outfit she was wearing, her immediate reaction was still very noticable, and Matt decided that she probably ahd enough attention.
- Alright people, give us some space. - he raised his voice, and started walking towards one of the public restrooms, with the tied up kitten struggling with her now even bulkier wet nappy, in tow.
- I assume you'd like both some privacy and a clean diaper at this point. - he whispered to Alice on the way.

Alice whimpered, but nodded as she looked up at him. She was temporally broken from the public walk of shame. It wouldn't last for long, but she would be compliant for the imminent diaper change at least.

She waddled close to him as they made there way towards the nearby restroom. It looked relatively clean and rather high tech, like everything else in this part of town.

Some phone cameras - even if at a distance now - still followed Alice every single moment she spend to take that walk of shame to the public restroom, which was indeed pristine clean and high-tech, as supposed to be in the rich part of town. Not only because there was enough money for maintenance, but also because people around here generally had manners as well. Even having a separate room with changing tables for people with small children (and expensive pets).
That's where Matt entered with the little neko in tow, and lifted her onto the one larger changing table, securing her to it with the single waist strap it had - with her arms locked to her sides by the harness and the mittens, that was more than enough.

He then unlocked the crotch strap on the harness and then used the magnetic key to open the snaps on her romper as well, exposing her saggy, soaked diaper.
- You really can't hold it for long, can you? - he asked the tied down kitten with a smile, gently stroking her belly a few times before proceeding to remove the soaked undergarment. He tossed it in the bin under the changing table, and reached into the diaper bag for the wipes, making sure her privates are thoroughly cleaned, then even applied lotion to prevent any rash. Then he produced another diaper from the bag, identical to what she wore, with the cutesy colorful paw prints, unfolded it, and while lifting her ankles by the strap connecting her booties, slid it under the thoroughly restrained little cutie's bare bum.
Baby powder followed, applied generously, and then he folded up the nappy between her legs and taped it up around her waist, before locking her romper and the harness crotch straps over it, once again trapping her in the thick baby garment, and went to wash his hands, leaving her strapped to the changing table for the meantime.

However, after he was done washing up, and packed the bag again, he did finally release Alice from the table and put her back on her feet, leading her back outside before he stopped and sat down on a bench under a tree in the shade, and picked up the little cutie into his lap, followed by removing her pacifier gag.
- Are you tired, sweetie? Would you prefer I carried you back to the car? - he asked first, then reached for the baby bottle still half full.
- Drink up, Alice. You need to stay hydrated. - he explained smiling.

Alice did her best to just look at the sealing as her master got on with the undignified task of changing her soaked nappy. Given all the gear she was obligated to wear, it took a while to get it all off, change the nappy, and get it all back on again.

"Obviously not." She told him with a huff as he teased her. Why had this happened so much lately? she was meant to be a big girl, damn it! She rolled her eyes as she saw the familiar look of the cute garment soon to be strapped between her legs. "Can we get some other diapers whilst we're out here?" She asked him. "Something that's not ridiculously cutesy?" She requested in a tone that was ironically rather cute.

As she was freed from the table, she followed the instruction of her lead as she waddled forward, as quick as she could in the thick diaper and restraints. She was loathe to admit it, but the paci was starting to grow on her, just a bit.

She took the bottle without fuss, glad of the rehydration, and gulped it down, as fast as it came out of the silicone teat.

Matt was actually trying to make tis quick, but he also tried to be gentle and thorough the same time, which were obviously two conflicting expectations. At least he showed some mercy and took out the pacifier gag before the process. Still, since he didn't have to actually strip Alice, thanks to the smart design of both the harness and the romper, it was done within a reasonable timeframe. However, he saw her frustration at his observation, and that she took it as a jab at her inability to hold her business for long.
- That was no pun intended. You still manage it a lot better than your older siblings, but the important part is where you tell me when you need to go. And that's what you keep missing. I don't know why you think it's more embarrassing to tell me that you need to go than to wet yourself. - he pointed out, and then gave her a big smile when she wanted to get less adorable looking nappies.
- Absolutely not. You look adorable in these. And I wouldn't want to live in a world where cuteness is frowned upon. - he stated with absolute conviction.
After the change was done, he locked the romper and the harness once again, and intied her from the changing table, to exit and find a quiet corner with a bench to sit down. He then picked up Alice and sat her on his lap, and gave her the bottle, watching as the diapered kitten thirstily suckled on it, and gently caressed her in his embrace as she did so. Once she finished, Matt put the empty bottle back in the side puch of the diaper bag, and now hugged her with both arms.
- So... would you like to rest here a bit, or should we get back to the car? - he asked, not tying her paci gag back in her mouth yet, to let her answer.
- Also, how tired are your legs? I could carry you back if you don't want to walk. - he offered with a smile.

"They're equally embarrassing as far as I am concerned." She told him as she got to her feet.

She sighed slightly in disappointment as he told her that less cute nappies were off the table. "Well, can we at least get ones with other cute designs?" She asked, hopeful that this would have satisfactory perimeters.

In truth, she also wanted to explore and see some new things - even if it was just new nappies at a store. She waited for his answer as she gulped down the bottle of milk, actually glad about it for once, as she did her best to hold it in her thickly mittened paws.

"I'm not tired." She told him, a bit defensively. Though it was true. She'd had a nap recently after all, so she still had some energy left.

- That's strange to hear. Well, I'd still prefer if we could at least try and avoid changing soaked diapers. - Matt replied, and continued the changing process, although he pretty quickly shut down her attempt to get less cutesy nappies.
However, when she opted for other cutesy ones, Matt got it.
- Aw, you just wanna go shopping, don't you? - he grinned, finishing the change and taking her back outside, to a bench where they sat down and he bottle fed her. He just snickered when she tried to move her mittened little paws with a little jingle, as they were still straped to her side, through the harness upper arm restraints and waist strap clips. He held the bottle steady though, for her, so she could finish without a problem.
Hearing that she wasn't tired yet, and didn't mind waddling a little more, he smiled.
- Alright, I guess we can go shopping then. Should we hit up a toy store, or a clothes and nappies shop? - he asked with a smile.
- Rare opportunity, you decide. But it's gonna be final whatever you pick, because I'm strapping your pacifier back in after. - he added with a warning.
