Soon, the jar is empty. “There we go. I have just one last thing for you.” Pinkie pulls out a bottle of cold milk.

Twilight didn't fight this she just opened her mouth waiting for the milk, especially since it'd get rid of the taste of baby food.

After Twilight’s done, Pinkie pulls her out, slumps her over her shoulder and starts patting her on the bottom.

Twilight: w-what are you doing!?.
she asked face turning bright red as she felt pinkie patting her diapered butt |
Twilight involuntarily burps.
“There we go,” Pinkie says. |
twilight blushed embarrassed at the fact she burped like a baby would.
Twilight: so what now?. twilight asked while trying and failing to use her magic. |
“Simple. You go play, and I take care of you!”

twilight blushed but just gave in crawling to the toys, where she started playing.
