DeLuca did what he said and stepped on the gas to get closer to the other vehicle. They were soon right next to the car and inside were exactly the men who took his money. The driver leaned back in his seat and the guy in the passenger seat took out his pistol and fired it at them. Luckily, the bullets only hit the Connor's door. "My car!" yelled out DeLuca.

"Sonofabitch!" Connor exclaimed as the pistol rounds loudly thunked into the thick door. Signaling for DeLuca to pull back out of the line of fire Connor rolled down the window, stuck half his upper body out of the car, and took careful aim before firing a few rounds into the Baller's front left tire. The rubber exploded causing the enemy car to swerve left, just missing Connor and DeLuca, only to get slammed into by an oncoming car in the other lane. It spun like a mangled top, smoking and incapable of further movement, before coming to a final holt as the passengers groaned.
