It was cutely asked in a manner like a baby just learning to speak so it might take afew moments for none parents to process what was said but the tone was clear Hinata is hopeful for that to be the case. Anko, as they started along, was snickering at all the people who had to stop and take in them with their new 'babies'

Anko snorted '' Of course but if you have the money, something the person wants or do something its easy to bribe them, well that and in wartime, you know only the clearly problematic ones was refused but trained enough that they could help it needed'' Anko remarked as she may not like thinking of her childhood at but she did bring that up as rules are either waved or lessened in wartime because needing able-bodied military personnel .
