“You apologize for the oddest things” he reasons. “Can’t predict the weather” he added. Mako then yawned and went to the bathroom, got a drink from the kitchen, then went to his room and changed into a pair of shorts then laid on his bed while simply resting after the fight.

He didn’t say much more to Kale, but he wasn’t avoiding her by any means

Kale seemed rather clingy as she follwed Mako to his room and stood in the door frame, look at him nervously before saying,"Well, Thank you for the wonderful day, uhhh II'll just be-" Kale seemed reluctant to leave, she was waiting for something but not sure on what "I'll be going to the guest room now, hope you sleep well" she said as she shuffled around a bit before slowly stepping over to the guest room

Mako has opened his eyes as Kale crinkled away, of course this was followed by a louder rumble of thunder. “Kale? You okay? If the storm is gonna scare you, just come lay with me” he insists, hoping she could hear him.

Kale nearly ran back to the door, "Really! I-I mean it be rude for me to refuse an offer like that" Kale said as she skipped on over to the side of his bed "You won't mind the sound of my pads rubbing against the matress right? I don't want to make you lose sleep" That was a rather silly thing to ask, as the storm would definitely be louder than a bit of padding and crinkles

He shook his head side to side to simply let her know she was fine, and when she laid down, he pulled the covers over them both and pulled her into his arms letting her rest her head on his chest while he rubbed her back. “You’ll be alright” he insists. Of course he couldn’t help sliding a hand down to her bottom to rub her bit a bit.
