The first wish is Lazuli to be legally Videls parent and the second is Videl is guaranteed to get a bond to her and lastly is Videl goes to Preschoool instead of highschool

Videl for some reason started to love lazuli as a mother as she must care alot about her to diaper her

(Um the bond thing I meant as gradual not instant )

Still now that the wishs was granted she started to head home with Videl
