"It's all okay, Alex", Brian said as he rubbed the friend's back with one hand and dried his tears with the other.
"Everything is going to be fine. I promise". Brian then drew Alex in close in a hug.

"W-Weally?" Alexander said hopefully, lisping a slight bit. Was he a teenager or was he a baby?

"Really", Brian said as he returned his friend to the position he was in before, showing how cute he looked in his position.
"So how about we get you changed up now?"

"O-o-okay" Alexander said, no longer nibbling on his thumb, more like fully suckling on it as he laid down.

"You know, you look really cute in a messy diaper while sucking on your thumb", Brian said, revealing to Alex a different side of him that he did not know.

"Mnn..." Alexander whined, feeling a bit uncomfortable as he laid there in his own crap. "Can wou huwwy up... me no like being in poop" Alexander said, using baby grammar again, one would wonder why Brian wouldn't get all his baby stuff out and just baby the boy.

"Okay, sweetie", he calmly giggled.
"Let's get you cleaned up".
As the boy sat on the ground, Brian went to grab a fresh diaper and a box of wipes.

"Fank wou" Alexander said, as he laid back more, letting Brian start to change him.

When Brian returned, he grabbed his legs and lifted his butt in the air.
"Ehehe! Does baby like this diaper?" he asked.

"Uh Huh..." Alexander said, nodding. He saw no reason to get angry, with Brian's mother asleep and him trying to find out why Brian was doing this, part of him actually liked it.
