“Because I was to excited for the break. I thought it was common knowledge,” She explains.

Spitfire glares. “Captain Dash! You can’t keep on getting excited for breaks. You’re an example of every Wonderbolt here. You need to keep a level head. Dash, being excited to be off from your duties is no an excuse for lack of responsibility. How do you plan to improve in the future?”

“Ma’am, I will double check the schedule and talk about near off time with others to ensure vacation account ability Ma’am,” Dashie responds as a professional solider.

“What about your performance here?” Soarin asks. “You’ve shown unprofessional behavior during yesterday’s training, especially when you lost your suit and talked about your diapers.” Wonderbolts around the table are sniggering. Soarin glares at all of them and continues. “Do you have an alternative plan to go about your training?”

“I will conduct better team building strategies before hand and when major demonstrations will be performed prior before executing in front of our peers. As for my diaper situation, I know a pony who would be perfect to act as a nurse for the wonder bolts,” Rainbow Dash answers in full girl boss confidence.

“Does anypony else have questions for Captain Dash or want to offer any insight?” Spitfire asks.

The room goes silent.

“Okay, then. Dash, do you have anything else to say before we go to voting?”

“I feel like I have watched over my team carefully and they have had no injuries nor had anyone left behind. If some one is tired, I let them rest before trying again. If someone is falling behind, I will work with them and have their strong suits shine. When performing expo performances we excite crowds and perform positivity on our excellence. As part of this organization, I want to put the best in everyone first and avoid or control weather hazards from every pony,” Dashie says with continual confidence as if she belongs here.

Now if they vote in front of her is a different story.

Spitfire gave them all slips of paper. “Let’s put it to a vote. If all six of us vote for impeachment, Dash gets impeached. If 5 vote for impeachment, we’ll have to schedule another hearing. Otherwise, Dash will be getting another chance.”

Rainbow Dash takes a deep breath and remains calm.
