Daycare Troubles (Private for Kimmi Kat)
 

Lizzy was busy doing her best to sort out everything. The blond haired, hazel eyed 19 year old woman was busy putting away all the diapers into the changing table before the daycare would open and the kids would be let in. It was simple work for someone who needed the money for college, all she had to do was care for the children and follow her boss's orders and everything went well. Once she had all the diapers put away, she headed into her boss's office since she was told that she wanted to talk to her for some reason.

Lilly Landry was sitting behind her desk checking over emails and other documents related to her daycare when she heard a knock at her door. The dark-brown haired woman pushed her glasses up onto her nose as she got up to let her visitor in. The dark rims of her glasses stood out against her pale face and complimented her dark brown eyes.
'It must be Lizzy' She thought to herself as she opened the door with a click and came face to face with her new employee.
"Ah, Lizzy. Please come and sit down" She said as she walked back to her desk.

"Oh...okay." Lizzy told her as she opened the door and came inside her office. In truth, she was always a tiny bit nervous around her but she never understood why as she was never the nervous type to begin with. She quickly found the seat and sat in it before asking Lilly "S...So...what did you want me for Lilly?"

"That's Ms. Landry to you..." Lilly says with a stern look towards Lizzy.
"Now Lizzy, I've had other employees tell me you've been taking certain...supplies from the daycare" She takes a long pause as she steeples her finger tips.
"Is this true?" She asked as she really did like Lizzy as she always did good work and didn't want to let her go.

"Y...Yes Ms Landry..." Lizzy told her, she didn't like how formal she had to be. However, Lizzy quickly told Lilly "N...No Ms. Landery! I have n...never taken any of the supplies here! W...Why would I do that?" Lizzy told her the truth as best she could, but Lilly's aura made Lizzy nervous and it showed in her manner of speaking to her.

"Well Lizzy, as much as I'd like to believe you multiple of my employees of many years have said otherwise" Lilly sighed as she slightly pinched the bridge of her nose.
"I'm willing to give you a second chance instead of firing you though." She said looking up at the blonde in front of her.

"B...But...I didn't do it, I'm telling you the truth Ms. Landry..." Lizzy blurted out before she sighed then asked her "S...Sorry Ms. Landry, I really need the money so...can you...p...please...give me a second chance?"

Lilly opened a drawer in her desk and pulled out a thick pink diaper with dark pink swirls along the sides and set it in front of Lizzy. "This is your second chance Lizzy, you're going to be a charge here at the daycare for a bit until you learn to be a responsible adult"

Lizzy's eyes widened on seeing the diaper and hearing Lilly. "Y...You want me...to be a charge here...? I...I..." Lizzy tried to say more, but she was too stunned to keep on going.

"Yes, you'll be diapered and in classes with the others" Lilly said as she pulled a changing mat out of the same drawer and spread it out on the large desk.
"Now come up and off with your pants little lady" She smiled as she pat the table.

Lizzy looked down as she figured out what to do before deeply blushing and slowly took her pants off before getting onto the table and laying down on the changing mat.

"Good girl" Lilly said as she started to take off Lizzy's panties.
"Now while you are a charge here you will be diapered and you will not have potty privileges unless I say otherwise"

"W...What? B...But I don't want to go in the diaper!" Lizzy told her as she did all she could to not flee from the desk as her panties where being removed.

"Hmm..." Lilly stroked her chin as she thought.
"Well if you tell one of the workers to help you when you need to go then you can use the potty with their help" She smiled as she slid the thick diaper under Lizzy's bum before grabbing a bottle of baby powder and setting it on the desk.

Lizzy blushed as she looked away from Lilly changing her, blushing because what was currently happening and that she'll have to ask her co workers to help her use the toilet.

Lilly smiled and stifled a giggle as she saw how cute and red Lizzy was. She then started to powder Lizzy's bum and front liberally making her smell like a freshly changed baby. Finally she taped up the diaper tightly and stood back to admire her work.

Lizzy kept blushing as she looked at the diaper that she was now wearing and put her and on it to feel want it was like.

The outside of Lizzy's new diaper crinkled with her touch as she felt the pink plastic outer shell. She could see all the dark pink swirls covering the lining of the legs and the sides and the blue wetness indicators running along the middle.
"Now Lizzy, take off your shirt and put this one on. We can't have you representing the daycare with our shirt" Lilly said as she handed Lizzy a childish my Little pony t-shirt that had all the main characters on the front.

Lizzy blushed even more when she saw the childish shirt "M...Ms. Landry, I don't want to wear that shirt...it's too embarrassing! P...Please don't make me wear that one!"

"It's either the shirt or I'll have to fire you Lizzy...Now arms up!" Lilly said as she held the shirt up and ready to slide on to Lizzy.

Lizzy blushed as she held her arms up, not wanting to wear it at all. Beside that, Lilly seemed to be acting a bit strange to her this whole time but couldn't figure out how or why.

Lilly quickly pulled the shirt over Lizzy leaving her looking very childish. "There we go, you look perfect!"
Lilly couldn't lie, she did have a small crush on the blond and she was more than happy to have an excuse to dress her like the girls in the websites she had been visiting recently. Even more so when a package arrived at her house this morning with some very special medicine inside.

Lizzy blushed as she looked over herself and saw how childish she looked. "O...Okay Ms. Landry, what n...now?" Lizzy nervously asked Lilly as she got off the table.

"It's time for the day to start! So we have to get you into a room~" Lilly smiled as she got up and opened the door.
"Let's put you in the toddler room today since that's where you used to work"

"O...Okay..." Lizzy told her as she blushed beat red as she followed Lilly out of the room.

As the duo walked out of the office a few parents with their kids were already signing in, lots of eyes turned towards them and one little girl pointed at Lizzy and asked "Mommy? Why is that big girl in a diapee?". Lilly just continued to lead Lizzy towards the toddler room, however.

Lizzy blushed a deeper shade of red when she heard the girl ask her mother about the diaper she was wearing. "M...Ms. Landry...I'm so embarrassed...how long do I have to do this?" she nervously asked Lilly.

"Until I think you've learned your lesson" Lilly replied as she opened the door to the toddler room. The toddler room was small full of desks with chairs and had a changing table that Lizzy had stocked that morning in the corner. The walls were covered in colorful pictures drawn by the kids while the floor had lots of baskets of toys from race cars to stuffed animals and fake foods for pretend.

Lizzy looked at the floor as she was brought into the room, not knowing if Lilly had anything more planned for her or not.

"Have fun Lizzy dear! I'll be back in to check on you throughout the day." Lilly smiled as she went over to one of Lizzy's ex co-workers and handed her a small bottle of liquid. "Julie will take good care of you!" She said as she left the room and closed the door behind her.

"O...Okay Ms. Landry..." Lizzy told Lilly as she left, blushing at the thought of her checking her like a little girl. "O...Oh, Juile! It's...a long story...I need to do this to keep my job so..." Lizzy tried to tell her, looking down at the floor as she did so in shame.

"Oh wow...Mrs. Landry has always talked about doing something like this but I never thought she actually would." Julie said as she finished straightening up the last few toys and papers, knowing that they were about to get all out of place again.
"Well I hope I get more help soon or that you get your job back because now we're understaffed in our room." She sighed as she pushed her blond bangs out of her face.

"Trust me, I want my job back as soon as possible...and wait, what did you mean by 'Mrs. Landry has always talked about doing something like this'?" Lizzy asked her, hoping for answers before it was time for daycare to start.

"She called it a redemption program" Julie said as small children started to flood into the room before most of them stopping and staring at you.

"Kids, you remember Lizzy your new caregiver? Well she was naughty so now she is in class just like everyone else until she has learned her lesson. So just treat her like you would a new friend, okay?" Julie said. Most of the kids nodded and went to put their bags away into their cubbies and some continue to look and whisper among themselves.

Lizzy blushed as she told Julie "You didn't have to put it like that..." before she pouted and went to sit down in one of the bean bag chairs until class started.

Soon all the kids had put away their things and a couple had come up to Lizzy. "Hey, what did you do too get in trouble?.." One little boy asked as he sat down in the bean bag chair next to her.

"I swear, I didn't do anything! I was forced to either do this or lose my job by my boss..." Lizzy honestly told the boy.

"Well you hadda do somethin'!" The little boy persisted, however their conversation was interrupted by the sharp ring of a bell followed by Julie's voice.
"Alright kids! Sit down at your assigned seats for breakfast!" She then looked over to Lizzy.
"Lizzy, you can sit at the head of the front table"

Lizzy shyly got up and waddled over to the front table and sat down at the head of it.

Julie started to hand out sippy cups and packs of cereal to all the kids. But before she handed Lizzy hers she added some of the medicine that Lilly had given her.
