Fairy tail - the knights new home.
 

After a particularly long day Mirajane Strauss took a seat on a stool by the bar at the end of the main hall, she’d spent the past 45 minutes putting every kid in the guild to bed, turning on nightlights, reading stories, checking for monsters, even doing diapers for a few that would have bedtime accidents. Truth be told she did love the happiness she could give these kids and it made her just was happy but it did tale a lot of energy from the teenager.


Getting to rest for a minute was always nice, but that minute of rest was quickly halted when she heard the door open, turning she saw a red haired girl wearing an eyepatch appearing to be beaten down and nearly traumatized “Oh my goodness what happened? Come here, can I help you?” She asked curiously crossing the room beginning to approach.

It was a miracle the newly named Erza Scarlet was able to escape from the Tower of Heaven. But after fighting her way out, she kept going on until she finally made it to Fairy Tail, the guild Rob had told her about.

When she entered, the only person there was a white-haired girl in a black top and shorts with a bow in her hair. Before she could even say anything, she collapsed on the floor from exhaustion.

Her eyes widened and she moved swiftly picking the girl up, she made a quick move to get her changed into clean clothes and helped her up into a warm bed that was in her own bedroom intent on allowing her to get some much needed rest.

Erza was out cold for a while and slept peacefully through the night. She eventually woke up and was unsure of her surroundings. "H-Hello? Is anybody here?" She asked nervously.

Mirajane has spent the morning changing diapers making breakfast and overall watching the kids and making sure they didn’t cause any trouble. When she heard an unfamiliar voice she knew what was happening and instantly began to move back down the hallway giving a knock to the door “May I come in, sweetie?” She asked curiously.

Erza jumped at the girl from yesterday entering the room "Who are you?" Erza asked defensively, unsure of where she was, or if she was kidnapped by the seemingly nice girl. "Is this Fairy Tail?"

She nodded quickly “Welcome to the fairytail guild, I hope you don’t mind but I helped you into some more comfortable clothes.” She explained before continuing “My name is Mirajane Strauss, but you can call me Mirajane, what’s your name?” She asked curiously.

"I'm... I'm Erza Scarlet." She said, going by her new name. "I was told of this place by someone from the guild."

She nodded “Sit up Erza, do you think you can stand?” She asked curiously hoping the girl wasn’t too badly hurt as it was obvious to Mirajane the trauma of her injuries wouldn’t just go away.

"I... I'll try." Erza got up and took a few uneasy steps. She was amazed she could even stand up at all.

She smiled seeing an opportunity “You’re doing so good Erza! Want to hold my hand and walk down for some breakfast?” She asked curiously extending a hand to her.

Erza nodded and held Mirajane's hand. "Okay..." She wasn't used to getting this much attention.

She nodded holding onto her hand she began to lead her out the door when she noticed something “Oh honey, your pants are wet.” She commented noting she’d obviously had an accident “Come have a seat, we’ll get you cleaned up in no time.” She promised.

Erza gasped. "Wait, what?" She had no idea she had even wet herself. "I... I'm so sorry..." She blushed.

“It’s okay it’s okay! It happens I’m very experienced. You mind?” She asked curiously with a hand on the waistband of her pants not wanting to make her uncomfortable.

"Wh-What are you doing?" Erza asked, putting her hand on her waist defensively.

“I’m going to help you get into some clean pants, that okay?” She asked curiously as she gently patted her back “I won’t hurt you Erza, I promise I will keep you safe.” She explained with a nod.

"Okay..." Erza said as she relaxed a little. "I'm sorry, I'm still getting used to everything here."

She nodded helping her on bottoms to the ground she took her panties off and gently cleaned her up before she pulled a pull-up over her legs and helped her into a dress that would hide it well “Bows that feel?” She asked curiously.

Erza felt her new underwear a little. "It feels... kind of bulky." She admitted, having never worn a pull-up before.

She nodded “The point is for if you have another accident you won’t need to change your clothes.” She informed her as she patted her on top of the head “Shall we go have breakfast? The others have already eaten so it’s just you and me today.” She promised knowing the girl would be nervous around new people.

"Okay..." Erza said as she followed Mirajane to the dining hall.

Soon enough Erza was sat on the kitchen counter so they could talk while Mira cooked “So your name is Erza, tell me more about you, where do you come from?” She asked curiously hoping the girl wouldn’t get freaked out or nervous answering questions.

"Well... I don't really remember." Erza said. "I was a slave at the Tower of Heaven."

Her head tilted “oh dear I’ve never heard of that place before, it explains why you’re in such bad shape physically. If you didn’t have access to your magical energy I doubt you would have made it.” She explained with a nod.

Erza put a hand on where her eye used to be as she recalled those painful memories. "I was told of this place by someone named Rob."

She nodded “The master is away on a summit, when he returns we will talk about that farther, for now, tell me about you, I know your name I know you’ve been through a lot I don’t know much else.” She explained still with her trademark friendly smile.

"Well... My magic lets me summon sword and armor." Erza said, unsure of what to say. "I also knew some slaves back at the Tower, but I was forced to... leave them behind."

She smiled “That’s an interesting magic, mine let’s me transform and use different powers depending on my form.” She replied calmly “So Erza, you made it to fairytail, do you know what a guild is?” She asked curiously turning to lean on the counter and make eye contact with the redhead.

"I remember Rob told me that guilds are where Wizards take jobs so they can fight monsters and help people out. Is that it?" Erza asked.

She smiled and shook her head “Hun that’s not quite the full deal. Yes a guild is where wizards come together to take jobs but it’s more than that. A guild, at least this guild, is a family, a place where wayward souls with no direction come together to help each other navigate this crazy life. I think you are going to fit in just great here, what do you think?” She asked curiously reaching out to hold her hand.

Erza listened to Mirajane's explanation before looking down at the floor. "I... I never really had a family before." She said. "Is this true?" Erza hoped Mirajane wasn't lying about this.

“I have two younger siblings, when our parents died it was my job to take care of them. It was a difficult job but I was up to the task until we found this place. We have a member raised by a dragon, another who’s in a similar situation that you are in, Erza we all come from different walks of life and have faced different challenges but we’re here together in this guild as a family, and I really think you would like it here.” She explained with a nod.

Erza listened intently to the other people who found a family in Fairy Tail. She gasped at the thought of someone being raised by a dragon. "Really? What's he like?" She asked. "In fact, what are your siblings like?"

She smiled “Well, the group we have can never replace your real family. But it certainly does feel nice to be surrounded by people that love you. I love the fact I get to take care of so many people it’s almost like their all my little sisters and brothers. As for my actual siblings, Lisanna is 8 and very needy, Elfman is 12 and a bit more independent.” She explained still smiling brightly before continuing “I’d be happy to welcome you into our little family. But I also understand any hesitation you have, trusting isn’t easy when it’s been abused so many times as I’m guessing yours has been.” She explained happily as she patted the top of the redheads head.
