I sighed as I waited outside the doctors office. My name is Lilian, I am 19 years old and life is kinda stressful just now. I have been in this city for a week staying in a hotel. College starts next week and I am running out of money. I need a place to stay and a job fast.

This is my first time away from home. I'm from Scotland and came to America to study. I am really nervous about being out in the big bad world but won't admit it. I always hide how timid and sensitive I am behigh my big butch outershell. I always laugh in awkward situations and never open up about my feelings.

I think I do this partly because of my size. I was born prematurely so have always been very small. I have pale skin, short brown hair which was in a boyish style with a fringe that covered my right eye and I had big blue eyes. I am not skinny but not fat either. I still have that childish puppy fat look. I wear a bra even though I really don't need one, I also only have a tinny little bush of pubic hair.

I am at the doctors today as for the last week I have not been able to sleep. I had big bags under my eyes and looked very tired.

I heard my name being called and I walked into the doctors office dressed in black skinny jeans, blue boxers, a white t shirt and a dark red hoodie.

When I saw my doctor I almost fainted....fuck she was hot. Oh yeah I am also a slightly sexualy frustrated lesbian....and a vergin....fuck I have never even kissed anyone.

"Lillian, please come in." ordered the female doctor who was indeed quite "hot". She had short hair that was a very deep green, it almost looked gray. She smiled at her patient "Carly's going to make sure you get all better? ok?" she helped her unto the bed and asked her some very quick questions. She blinked her deep purple eyes "I think I want to give you a full physical, just to make sure everything checks out." she saw the tiredness in Lillian's eyes and felt pity for her. Carly was a very caring person, but she wasn't afraid to be rough when necessary. She was wearing a standard white outfit with black stockings and little slippers. "So let's get your weight and height first, shall we?" she took Lilian by the hand and practically forced her unto the scale.
While the girl was being measured, Carly prepared a capsule of medicines that would help her sleep.

I blushed as she said she would make me all better like I was a little girl. I felt like a child as I was helped up onto the padded examining table.When she said a full psychical I looked worried. I have never been naked in front of anyone but my parents before.

She measured me and saw I wasn't even five foot tall and was about average weight. I had to try hard not to stare at her. She was really really pretty.

"Alright, let's get your clothes off dear" Carly started to slowly strip her patient and lead her back unto the bed quietly. "It's alright! Don't be nervous." Carly felt around her eyes, checked her body, and even went a bit lower. "Everything seems to check out, besides the fact that you are a bit sensitive down there." she giggled a bit.
She handed her a box of custom medicine "These will help you sleep, though it might make you even more sensitive, I'm sure that's no problem though."
