" U..Uughn... "
The brunette groaned as she opened her amber eyes, them widening when she saw she was in an unfamiliar room. It was quite dark... The only light emitting from a lamp on the ceiling. A small one at that. From what she could make out, there didn't seem to be any windows. Her heart pounded in her chest. Where was she? And... Was someone... holding her?
She realized a boy was holding her in his arms. A boy with mixed-brown hair... What the hell was he doing here...?

James groaned, reliezing he was holding something small and soft. "What the heck," He said softly, groggy after waking up. He looked up and saw a cute brown hair out of place on him. "Who," He asked not fully awake.

When she came to realize who she was holding, Carmen's eyes narrowed, shoving the boy and quickly getting off his lap, standing to her feet on the ground.
" What the hell do you think you're doing holding me?! " She yelled. " And where the hell are we, huh?? Did you take me here?! I bet you did, didn't you?! "

"Oww," He groaned from being shoved. "What are you talking about," He said equally angry. "Why would I put you here, and for that fact, why am I here." He got up and looked around, seeing no doors.

" W-Well, if you didn't take us here, then who did...?! " Carmen demanded an answer out of James, terrified at the idea that she had been kidnapped.

"I'm, I'm, not sure," He admited looking around. "Though if we were kidnapped, why did they put us in a room, with no doors or windows."

" Probably so that no one knows where we are, and so that we can't escape. Sounds simple enough to me. " She said, crossing her arms,

He groaned and got up, heading to the kitchen part of the room. "Wonder if there is anything to eat?"

" I would hope so. " Carmen said, deciding to follow him.

He went through the cabinets, finding nothing. "Nothing," He said frowning.
