I'd play an 8-year old runaway who is found by a nice man or woman. She's wearing just a shirt and wets herself after talking a moment. The adult takes her home and as she is being cleaned, the adult notices bruises and other marks. The adult offers to let her stay with him or her and puts her in a diaper, as she is raised as a daughter.
