The medicine began to take effect. Nathan became less and less aware of what was going on, around him. He only saw his brother's smiling face.

Nathan's brother , James smiled as the boy glugged down the medicine, thinking it would help his sore thought that had been plaguing him recently. Of course it was nothing of the sort but a kind of mind wiping drug to help regress his brother back down to the little baby that he was, after all James had always wanted to have his sweet adorable baby brother back since his teenage one was such a pest recently.

Soon, after taking the medicine, Nathan drooled, and wet his pants.

James smiled "looks like baby had a accident , we'll have to get some protection on him to keep the floor dry" he said slowly stripping the boy of his clothes , not like he provided any resistance. James fetched a nice thick diaper and plastic pants for him that he had been hiding and taped them onto him. They had prints on teddy bears playing with soft colours "hrm , baby could use some clothes , lucky big bro has already got some for you" he said picking the soaked boy up and taking him upstairs.

Nathan laid on the large bed, cooing and playing with his feet, while James, began looking through the diaper bag, to find a cute outfit, for his new baby brother. It took a minute, but he found the perfect outfit; a soft white cotton onesie, with babyish prints, and crotch snaps.

"There we go baby , how does that feel?" he asked , slipping a pacifier on a string to his onesie as he continue to dress him , fitting him with some baby blue booties to finish his baby look. James handed the boy a little rattle to play with. James then picked the baby up and gave him a loving hug "there we go , safe and sound now" he said tickling the baby boy a little to try and get a laugh.

Nathan giggled and squirmed, trying to get away from his brother's tickles.
James heard Nathan's tummy growl, and figured he must be ready for something to eat. He wasn't sure, if Nathan could eat solid food, or if he just needed formula, for now. Nathan whimpered, and started to cry. James needed to feed Nathan, now.

"Oh , sounds like little Nathan's hungry" he cooed , carrying him down stairs , keeping him firmly in his arms. James fetched the boy a rather large baby bottle and some powered formula and made up a cold bottle of milk for Nathan. After mixing it together and shaking the bottle a bit he sat down with the boy and held the teat to his mouth to drink from , remembering to tie a bib to him " now be careful , your not use to bottle feeding so you'll probably spill a lot at first" he warned , but like the baby would take any notice.

Nathan began suckling on the bottle, his eyes not leaving his brother's. Nathan made cute little feeding noises, as he drank the bottle, earning him an "aww", from James. James stroked Nathan's brown hair, and spoke to him, in a soft, calm voice.
