There is an anime (and a manga) with a girl that really does relax by playing baby, but I can't remember what it is called! I once even got a transcript of a radio show episode of it and posted it, but the forum where I did that is gone, I think.

Mai-Otome. Specifically Tomoe Maguerite. You see her room at one point with various nursery paraphernalia and supposedly one of the drama CDs explains in more detail.

Anthy from Revolutionary Girl Utena; she's so sweet and docile and she does what she thinks people would like so it would depend on her Master.

Sakura, Li and Tomoyo from Card Captors Sakura possibly. It would make sense in most fanfics unless someone went very crazy on it.

But then I think a lot of animes leave that possiblity open for stories.
