Domination Reversal (Private)
 

In the basement of a seemingly normal house in a normal city, there was a person bound and tied to a wall, wearing nothing but a diaper on their waist that hadn't been changed for over 2 days. That person was a very important person over at a major supplier business. Their Rival business wasn't above unlawful ways to get ahead of their competition. So, they kidnapped the very important person, and gave them to a dominatrix that was working for the company. This Dominatrix, Jen, had been keeping the person in their basement, and using any means to humiliate the person into revealing company secrets so she could sell them over to the company hiring her to do this. It has been a month since she was hired to break the person, and she seemed to be making good progress. She walked into the basement wearing her usual outfit, a tight black leather dress with black high heel boots, and a evil grin on her face "Well, how is my pet doing today?"

Mike sat in the room and plotted, he had been here almost a month, and he was wearing a quite soiled and saggy diaper between his legs, one of his kidnappers ways of trying to break him. He had slowly been kneading through the ropes on the wall and taking in his surroundings to make his escape. Over the last few weeks the woman had used several humiliating and painful techniques to get the secrets and tricks of the company he was employed at for use for a rival company, whom he assume had hired her. He winced as he saw the woman walk in, she looked tall with the her heel boots, but he was sure she was nothing but a short woman without it. Her voice was seductive but menacing, "MMMMPH" he said softly through his gag, playing the role of a submissive slave. He had told her everything that she wanted to know, or so she knows, it had all been lies.

Jen walked over to you and knelled down "It looks like my pet needs his diaper changed." She goes over behind you and begins to use her foot to force the mess all over your bottom and worsen the rash on your bottom. "Maybe if he decides to tell me another of his companies secrets, he'll be put into a fresh one. Maybe." She smiles evilly at you and steps onto your back "HOw about it pet? You don't have a choice in the end, but it's fun acting like you do. You're going to be my ticket to the easy life once this is done and I've milked you for all your worth." Then once that is done, I give you back to the people who hired me and they can do what they will with you, I really don't care at that point. She walks back to the front of you and knells down "So, nod for a change, and shake your head for being a bad pet and not telling master what she wants."

Mike resisted trying to break out at this point, he wasn't sure how he would stack up to her in his state and he didn't wanna ruing his chance at escape. "mmm" he whimpered as she drug and stepped on him, while he was faking the 'broken' the mess in his diaper was very real and he was pretty sure he had a rash by now. He shook his head, hoping she would leave, then he could get the hell out of this forsaken place. She took off his gag and he whimpered out "they.....use....by products....in making the ....new recycled products....please....please change me.....I don't know anything else!" he said sounding like a poor sap and shedding a few tears.

Jen went over to a nearby notepad and wrote what you just said down. Perfect, this guy is desperate to get out, and nearly broken. Another week and he'll do anything I ask no matter what. She went back over to you "Now, since you're such a good pet, you'll be put into a fresh diaper by you're master, but you're not getting out of that one till you tell me another secret of your company." She went over to a side of the room and took out a fresh diaper, wipes, and powder. She walked back over to you and got down on her knees "Now lay back for your master and get your diaper changed like the baby you are." She untaped the diaper on your waist and began to wipe the mess around your crotch and diaper area. Once you were cleaned up, she threw the wipes away in a bin right next to you, so you would have to deal with the smell even after a change. Once you were wiped clean she powdered you lightly, enough to ease the rash, but not near enough to get rid of it. After that she took the old diaper and threw it in the trash can next to you, then took the new diaper and folded it up between you legs.

"Yes ma'am" he whimpered as he lied on his back and she changed his diaper "the boss cheats on his wife constantly" he said, lying since the CEO of the company was a woman. Just hurry up you monster he thought to himself as she taped up the new diaper. She had only put on enough powder to taunt him, and to add insult to injury she kept the used diaper in the trash bin of the room to remind him of what was to come if he didn't comply. Not that that would matter after she left of course. "Please....I've done everything you've asked.....let me go!" he said as she shoved the gag back in his mouth and grinned at him in that evil face.

She smiled at you evilly as you said another company secret "Oh, that is a good one." She didn't know enough about your company to realize it was a lie, so she went back over to the notepad and wrote another thing down on it. She then went back over to you and put the gag back on you "Just wait, once I'm done with you, I'm giving you back to the people who kidnapped you, and after that I don't know or care what they will do with you, just that I have gotten all the money I need to be set for life." She got back up "I'll be back in a bit, just got to make a call, then I'll take you for a walk around the town." She took her notepad and went back up the stairs, not knowing that you were about to escape captivity.

As soon as she was gone he stood up and finished ripping the ropes off of his hands. "So you were hired huh?" he said making an note of that . He walked up to a table and pulled the change of clothes off of it, she had teased him with clothes for information a while ago, but she hadn't forgot to put them up. He stripped out of the diaper and got dressed, he walked over to the notepad and saw the company logo. He ripped a single page out and wrote on it "It was all lies, but thanks for the proof I need to sue the company". He took the pad and the tape out of the video camera in the room and leaped out the window of the basement making his way into the night to the police station.

She had been talking with the company who hired her, telling them the fake secrets she had been fed by Mike. "They use by products in the new recycled products, and the CEO is cheating on his wife." That was when she learned that the CEO was a women. "...Okay... I'm sorry about the last one... but I'm sure the others are all true.. so just wire the money like you always do, and I'll make sure to get the truth out of him." She hung up the phone and walked back down the stairs. He thought that one would hold up more then a second in the end? He must be running out of things to tell me, I guess he's almost dried out. "Well, it turns out you had been lying to...." She had just noticed that the ropes that had bound you to the wall and your bounds were broken on the floor. She looked around and noticed the clothes she had put down here to taunt you were missing, and their was a open window. "Oh fuck..." She hurried and looked out the window and could see you in the distance running off. She knew that she wouldn't be able to catch you at this rate, especially since her car was in the shop. Of all the rotten... he's probably going to call the police... there's no way I'll get away from this... Guess I'll just tell them that I had been blackmailed and threatened into doing this...

Mike had gotten to the police station and showed them the company notes and video tape, it was more than enough proof for him to get a legal case out of. It had been presented that the company was found guilty for kidnapping and had to pay off Mike for the event, and a fee to the company he worked for as well. This caused them to go out of business, and for Mike to get wealthy from news and other media events. The woman that had fucked with him had presented that she was forced to, but he knew she was lying, but after the trial and lawsuit, she disappeared. Mike decided to wait until she showed her face again, then he'd have his revenge.
