naruto: a new life (private for Rukia Kuchiki)
 

it was a somewhat calm day in the hidden leaf, the birds singing, the waterfalls babbling over the rocks and..naruto, falling to his death.

he'd been training with the toad sage,Jiraiya trying to learn how to summon toads. but..he had been failing terribly at that.

so, in an attempt of a "do or die" method, Jiraiya threw naruto off a cliff. thus, his current situation.

he was in a mixture of anger,fear and panic. his whole life had been one huge kick to the nads, but this took the cake.

"come on..come on..why can't i use the fox's power! i..i..don't wanna die. i wanna live damn it! i want to live!!"

he screamed, both mentally and physically, the sheer fear and panic clear in his voice.

In the time of falling, a voice is heard.
"Boy, why do you speak my name? "

"because..i'm falling in this ravine..and..i don't wanna die. i need your power to live." naruto said hastily, hearing the fox speak to him.

" True, but boy. Why live like this? Why not become my cub and have a second chance at life."

naruto was taken aback. he expected a retort, or some kind of refusal, but not that. "i-is that even possible?" he asked quietly.

"The power I posses boy is far greater than most imagine. So what is your choice ?"

naruto took a moment to think before answering. "i..i accept. take me away from this place. please..give me a new chance." he said, or rather pleaded.

A bright light forms around the boy and slowly goes to the ground.

Naruto stayed still throughout it, not certain if he should move while she did whatever it was she was doing.

The light faded away and a female fox figure stands there holding him
