Supergirl was bored as she was assigned to work with Black Canary but atleast Black Canary is one of those people who hover just above the antiheroine status and at times switch from hero to vigilante in work methods . So Supergirl afew times had to intervene before trouble arose. You might ask why these two are teamed up its simple both of their leads have drawn them to the same city ironically being in a town hosting a meta human and none powerful people of both justice and evil among others convention the type where people dress up as and buy merchandise. So this is one of the worst times for true meta humans and those of justice to turn up yet at the same time a good thing ''Remind me again why today of all days we have to go when this kind of convention is going on?''Supergirl whispered to Black Canary which both had prior agreements to split up soon as they had finished the preliminary check of everything at the convention atleast what they could without giving away they aren't just dressed as 2 hero's

"Because the universe has a sick sense of humor." Black Canaray grumbled as she did her best to ignore all the passing fellows who were taking a good look at her ass. Normally she'd be inclined to flip one of those guys over, but seeing as how she couldn't due to the fact that she was trying to be covert, that didn't seem to be the best course of action to take. "How much longer do you think this is gonna take? I've kind of got things I need to get done."

''Don't ask me b....''Supergirl trailed off when she picked up a familiar villains voice thanks to her super hearing which thank the maker she can tone that power up and down with abit of effort what she heard was about trading something that'll help get her under someone control in exchange for alot of tapes still is in a alley near the convention ''Hey you were looking for the source of those tapes,right?''Supergirl asked in a whisper yet again to Black Canary ''Well either someones cosplaying good enough to fool my hearing or we got a harlot haggling with a vender''The harlot line was code Supergirl had made and explained to Black Canary awhile back meaning Harley Quinn and vendor meaning buying or trading somekind of resource or data that isn't wise to let into the badguys hands or atleast what the good guys and gals are after.

Harley was taking advantage of this convention to sell real joker items that she was passing off as harmless items based off the Jokers known used items but when she had went to leave she came across in a alley someone selling humiliating tapes of meta human females and she didn't want to part with the cash she made so she was trying to trade some red krytonite based items that should in theory affect Supergirl enough to get her under Roulettes power

Black Canary smirked and cracked her fingers in anticipation. "Alright then. Lets go get to work." The two ladies quickly made their way to Harley's location, ready to kick some major ass. Black Canary couldn't wait to finish Quinn off and get the super kid off her back. She was such an annoying brat who thought that she was so much better than her just because she wore the big S on her chest and was related to the big boy in blue and that just because BC might've cracked a lot of bones in her lifetime, that she wasn't really didn't belong in an establishment like the Justice League, let alone be one of it's most prominent members.

Ironically Harley had somehow anticipated something like this happening then again she has been in conventions so much she knows the odds of finding hero's or villains so she was crazy enough to come prepared with her space warping suitcase producing from it a smoke bomb to use as cover to put ear plugs on and produce her mallet along with something that looks alot like a extremely large baby rattle with a red glowing crystal viewable where no decorative designs was on the plastic''Sing a song for us little birdy as I play with the baby''

(In one cartoon with Harley Quinn in it forgot which one she has a case that defies physics by holding stuff too big for it such as a giant mallet among other things)

Supergirl tensed red Krytonite she may have resistance to Krytonite which she'd have no real big worry fighting around the normal green kind even if it weakens hers and can threaten her life at a point but the Red Krytonite unless her or Superman is exposed to the piece it'd have up till then a unknown affect to those of krypton descent. She was mainly worried it'd do something like turn her evil as that had happened before to Superman from some once but she has a suspicion given the item the tiny piece is in its a small piece from the chunk stolen awhile back one that turns those of krypton descent into brats ''Shit thats red Krytonite''Supergirl let out as she could feel it affecting her much faster then the common kind ever did still when she went into the fray she found something odd her body and suit was feeling odd as unnoticed to her mind she was slowly shrinking and power control lessening .

(Actually that's not so far fetched.. you see it was retconned later that her friendship with Ivy resulted in her making Harley a potion which made her much quicker, durable, acrobatic, and even stronger as a result of it. How else do you explain that she would be able to keep up with people like Batman for so long?)

"Don't mind if I do." Black Canary smirked as she lunged at her spandex clad opponent with an extended fist. "Hope you don't mind though, but I've always preferred the music of violence." Unfortunatley Harley was too quick for her and managed to leap backwards as BC desperatley tried to match her speed and get ahold of the rattle so that she might be able to get some extra help.

Harley had somehow landed a rather harsh kick to the one area out of habit from the sex she namely fights namely males so her kick had nailed BC in between the legs likely sending a mixture of pain and pleasure to BC for the location ''Such a poor little birdy can't even defend itself properly. Perhaps it's unsuited for its current choose of life''Harley mocked as she got her mallet''Even Gothams standard birdy put up a better defense''

Black Canary growled as she tried to ignore what was going on down in her netheregions as she looked up at her opponent and charged once again. It was obvious now that this clown had some sort of metahuman to her, otherwise she would probably never be able to lay a finger on her. This time she was going to make sure that she didn't underestimate her again. This time around she proceeded to do a flip over Harley and shot a nice powerful kick towards her back.

Harley who had anticipated such a move choose to try something she seen on a tv program mainly for a chance to catch Black Canary of guard in the case of moving just right to act like she had gotten hit
