Babysitting in Reverse (private me and sonicmixer)
 

"Hmmmmm...." thought Jeff, "where is the place?"


Jeff was a big, but good-natured 19 Year old, who loved science, and children.

he does his science stuff in his spare time, and he also, as you'd expect, babysits as well.


Michael, 10 years old, was also big, a little smaller than Jeff. but unlike Jeff, he was bad-natured.


How, you ask?


well, for one thing, he was a wizard, but not those kind of "harry potter" wizards, those kind of wizards used wands, wore robes, and had to get on a broomstick to fly.


Michael used his hands, wore whatever he wanted, and could fly like a super-sayian from dragon ball z, in other words no broom needed


plus, the wizards in harry potter, more or less, are good-hearted, not Michael.


he used his magic to pull tricks on people. oh, and his parents had NO IDEA that their son was magic. they think that he LIKES magic.


anyway, Jeff heard that Michael likes magic (unaware of his powers) and brought his science stuff.

(You never mentioned anything about magic.. but alright. Nor did you mention the fact that you would be making my character for me.. but once again alright. If I had been briefed, I might just know who I was supposed to play, the babysitter or kid being babysat. I suppose I'll just have to make a guess.)

Once Jeff found the place, he made his way inside with a nervous smile on his face. He was hoping that all of his science materials might be able to entertain the kid enough during the time he would be here. He had gotten a sort of bad vibe about this kid from among his friends in the local the babysitter circle. Nothing overly malicious, but everyone who had babysat him seemed to have some sort of chilled, yet somewhat confused look on their face whenever the subject was brought up. It was as though they were scared of the kid, but couldn't quite place why.
Once inside he was greeted by the parents and given all the instructions needed about taking care of Micheal while they were gone. It certainly made Jeff feel better when he heard all the postivie things they had to say about their son. About how he was a darling little angel who wouldn't hurt a fly, ect ect. As soon as they were done, they quickly made their way out, leaving Jeff alone with Micheal himself.
"Hi there." Jeff smiled as he laced down his equipment. I'm gonna be your babysitter."

(well, i don't really care who plays who. plus i watch a lot of disney/read a lot of fantasy so... yeah, magic, and possibly music's gonna be involved here)




"Babysitter?" Michael half inquired, mock-frowning. "does it LOOK like I need one of those?"

"Well," said a puzzled Jeff. "your mom & dad, are at their 3 1/2 honeymoon, and it's gonna last 2 weeks, now your mom told me you like magic."

"you have no idea" said Michael, eager to set the trap.

"so i thought i'd show you some REAL magic..."

"who says it's not real?" Michael was grinning now

(well I'm fine with magic, I would just have at least been told about it first. And how on earth is there going to be music?)

Jeff chuckled. "Well I suppose there is some sort of magic in the eye of the beholder and all that jazz, but I'm talking about some stuff that might actually impress someone." He began to play around with the chemicals at his disposal. "For example, if I put this and this together.." He mixed a few drops of liquids and suddenly created a large puff of smoke that covered him entirely. "Now what do you say to that?" He beamed, proud of what he did.
