Confronting your parents
 

As somebody who lied his way out of his first confrontation, and told only his mom on his second (who by the way doesn't understand), I'd like to know how many of you have told your parents and the events leading to and consequences after said "talk."

i'm gonna say this now since this'll b a redundance

there is no need to tell your parents.

i told my mom for two reasons

1. to relieve the stress of hiding it (it really did help)

2. my mom would find out eventually.

but as i said and alot of people will THERE IS NO NEED TO TELL YOUR PARENTS EVER

Yeah I talked to my mom about it and now see talks to me about it like its a sickness.
You know like saying something like this "I hope you get over this" which says very clearly that she does NOT understand and she NEVER will understand.
But besides that I am very pissed off at her right now because she makes it a sick hobby of hers to keep repeating stuff like fifty freaking times which gives me the impression that she thinks me so moronic that I can't possibly comprehend something no matter how basic the first time around.
Well I hope some of you out there are having better luck then me.

I never have and never will talk to my parents about it. This is something I feel doesn't apply to them or anyone else in my family.

I also feel the consequences would be dire...leading to some bridges being burnt. This is because of some things said about this part of my life in the past.

Sorry to say I can't say I have any experience with telling parents about it...just friends.

Don't plan on telling my parents, because, as Dr. J said, it doesn't really apply to them... if they do happen to bring it up (though I doubt they will) I may as well just spill it all, but tell them to just forget about it and not worry because I pay for it myself and they aren't any worse off

I'm only telling my girlfriend if I can help it, and so far only telling her has worked wonders XD My mom really doesn't need to know, it doesn't apply to her, and I'd never get anything good out of it even if I did tell her.

I don't have to worry about that my parents. They're the ones who put me back in diapers anyways, so I don't need to explain I just have to pretend that I don't enjoy it which is pretty hard to do.

Sorry to ask this but what did you do to make them put you back into diapers and what kind are they making you wear?

i never told my parents any of this but one day about two or three years ago my mom found my diapers under my dresser and all hell broke loose, first of all she as angry but then she calmed down and she thought i had a problem, i lied my way out of it by telling her that i had bedwetting problems at night sometimes and she bought it (not diapers but the lie) and we talked for a few minutes and none of this surfaced ever again. but the next day my dad came home all high and he and my mom got into a fight and my mom called the police and my dad used the 4th and 6th amendment rights and the police never came into the house and my mom left for a bit and came home and after the police left my dad brought me and my sister into his room and talked to us about the mess and he told me to stay and my sister left. he talk to me about what my mom told my dad cause in the place where i kept the diapers she also found some penthouse magizenes and me and my dad had the "birds and the bees" talk. after that i wanted to talked to him about pot and if we could smoke it together because i smoke pot every now and then but not constantly and i want to smoke it more cause i belive that he had a good source on where to get some but mabey one day i will get to smoke with him someday.
