Anyone else feel the need to chew things?
Whenever I drink a bottled water or a Caprisun I almost always chew up the bottle cap or the straw of each respective drink. And I chew through gum like nobody's business. Is this normal for ABs and would a pacifier hell or am I a strange case?
I have the need to chew on somethings like that at times but I do go through gum like crazy all the time. Though from my understanding both personal and what I've read chewing does help with stress. So heres a question for you,are you commonly stressed ?
Not really, I just have a habit of chewing things
Well then I gave all I can help you on my end but I figure a pacifier would help you
I have a similar habbit and find that chewing\sucking a pacifier works great. Let me know how it turns out, okay?
I sort of have the same thing where I like chewing on hard things, things that won't break easy and can put all my teeth on. It's probably not healthy for a dentist but it relaxes me and its a little habit of mine.

I don't think I have this habit but I know my friend did. She used to chew on my DS stylus so I gave her one to keep that she could chew on. But I can't remember if I ever had this habit. I might have but I am not sure.

Nah, its a pretty common thing all around
I chew through toothpicks like crazy. Completely demolish them - nothing left but twisted plastic or splinters.
Having a pacifier helps, though. |
I tend to chew on straws, gum, bottle caps, plastic forks or spoons. Even tooth picks and Popsicle sticks. But now I got a few pacifiers and ever since I don't get the chewing habit.
