Celestia had snuck out of the castle right when her younger sister went to bed and when it was time to raise the sun Celestia had already made it to the path leading to Ponyville but she was ignoring raising the sun mentally reasoning that Luna would like the Night to last alot longer . But really she knows not raising it herself on time is going to make others worry and maybe even make ponies say Luna has done something to her.

Discord noticed Celestia being a bit naughty, and while he enjoyed a good bit of chaos, the ponies worrying and panicking, not to mention placing blame where it shouldn't be applied made him groan as he decided to do the what he hated to call ' the responsible thing to do'. He appeared in Luna's bedroom and shook her awake.

Lunas eyes opened and groaned for in general 9 times out of 10 Discord wakes her up because of something very stupid her older sister does. Still her magic lite up and she had the radio turn on to hopefully hide the sound of the crinkle from her diaper for you see Luna is a bedwetter and has abit of a daywetting problem she has managed to hide so far thanks to bribing her older sister to keep quiet about it.''What hath our older sister down now ?''Luna asked as she let the top of the cover go to her waist and ignored the fact she was letting Discord see her upperbody without anything covering it while a dress is floated towards her

Discord was about to say something, but chose to stay silent.
"Umm, she didn't raise the sun today and everyone is freaking out..."

''Wait! What!? Hath our sister gone mad?! Our subjects our going to want our head if not already for fearing us to be Nightmare Moon again''Its impressive Luna hadn't screamed or worse over this situation ''Discord how would though feel about helping us teach our sister to be responsible?''Luna asked as she discreetly got the dress to cover her diaper and made haste to get the sun along its way in the sky

"I would be honoured Princess! How shall we teach Celestia a lesson?"

''She is nothing but a over grown irresponsible foal at this time,she needs treated like one''Luna stated but then sighed a moment '' I don't suppose you'll severally weaken her bladder and bowel control and make her three magics be to the level of a foal?''Luna wasn't sure if Discord would be willing to give such aid given as Discord and Celestia are a couple

Discord groaned.
"I love my Alicorn girl, but she can be immature at times, alright, but the second she begs for it to stop in tears I don't think I can make her suffer anymore." He said as he snapped his fingers.

''We'd just find another way if she still hasn't learned her lesson''Luna though then gave a smile to Discord ''we think we can find a suitable reward for you if this works . We know of a place that we can fill with a city and have criminals live there for you to mess with''Luna felt like a possible reinforce method like this would be perfect for Discord as she can't with her morals offer sex as a reward to Discord as the Spirit of Chaos is with somepony''We can even reward you early if you let the begging and crying happen for a while''


Meanwhile Celestia had just got to town and seen Twilight with Spike

Discord pondered and nodded.
"Very well, my spell has already been placed into effect, her magic, blaader and bowel control, as well as flight is all impaired." He smirked finding it fun to mess with his girl.

Twilight smiled and waved at Celestia.
"Princess! What are you doing here?"
