Jean was A golden retriever of 17 years of age as he was walking home he found a strange amulet knowen as the puppy paw medal as he pocked it up of the ground it saw his hearts utmost desire even if he wasn't aware of it he wanted to be a puppy again and was insanely jealous of his little sister that got to stay with him on week ends
As Jean grumbled to himself something about wishing his Father wasn't so grumpy the amulet changed the 42 year old man into someone who liked to coo and fawn over him constantly, he didn't treat Jean like a baby presay yet but he definitely thought Jean wasn't ready to sleep alone, needed to be watched while using the toilet, and needed to be accompanied and carried from room to room

The next day his dad was currently on his way upstairs to check on his little son "Oh Jean, it's time to get up little boy, daddy has a big day planned for you" he said as it was currently summer vacation, and Jean was about to learn the leson of careful what you wish for

Jean streched his arms out wide scratching his head as and back as he streched geting up * hmmmmm what's woth that intro he muttered as he paced through the hall* hee *he huffed shruging must be sarcasm* he said pacing down the stairs as he saw some potty training supplies in the living room a pretty pink training toilet a potty chary and planning guide baby books and some hello kitty undies oddly enough all his size ..... wh-wha?

On closer inspection, Jean would actually see the hello kitty undies were actually training pull ups as Jean's dad was down there unboxing different items even cutely designed clothes that looked meant for little kids, like shortalls or cartoon printed shirts and the like as his dad noticed him "Ah, there you are son, did you sleep well?" he asked with a smile

Jean's eyes widened at the assortment of baby cloths he had never seen such a cavalcade of cute and kiddy items especially in his size but that was far from his mind right now compared to the even more show stopping surprise he felt
"G-g-good ........ that's in no insult no hut two three four no over cocked demeaning comment about how I'm a dumb failer" he stuttered aback" dad are you feeling okay? Aren't you gunna call me a whimp and smack me?"

He chuckled "No son, the closest to a smack you'll get from me is a spank on your fanny if you misbehave" he told him as if his entire rough demeanor had completely faded away, and the once rough german shepherd was now as soft as his past loving golden retriever mother as he finished unpacking all of the childish clothes along with changing supplies for the pull ups and a diaper genie for the used pull ups

This ......... is some kinda trick *Jean burst into tears remembering the soft warm cuddles his mom gave how he treated him kissed his boo boos and nurtered him close she was the only one he had and now she was gone ..... until now* d-DAAAADDDDDYYUY he rushed up hugging him tight*

He smiled and hugged his boy tightly in his arms, but gently enough that it was a warm embrace, not a spine crushing manliness testing hug, but a warm loving hug from a parent to his little boy as the shepherd smiled and rubbed his back

He felt the warm tender intimate embrace of his father a love he hadn't had sense he was little "s-sooo everything's gunna be like it was before daddy?"

He nodded slowly as his father had hardened himself when Jean's mother passed away as his way of coping, not realising how he was making his son feel by trying to toughen him up so he could face anything "Just like before" he said
