Yugi has a little problem (Private)
 

"Why does this keep happening?!" Yugi cursed to himself as he ripped off the sheets from his bed and tossed them in the washer."Man, I hope this stops soon...I'm so sick of this happening everyday."He threw off his wet pajamas and hopped into the shower to start his day.

At the moment, there was a surprise visitor on their way to Yugi's place. Someone he hadn't talked to in a while, but it would be quite nice when he saw for himself. As Yugi was getting dressed, the doorbell rang.

Yugi was in the process of putting on his jeans when he heard the doorbell."I wonder who that is...?
Coming! Coming!"Yugi jogged the door, his hair still dripping wet."Yes, who is it?"He opened the door to see who this visitor was.

It was Mai Valentine. "Hi Yugi. How are you doing? It's been a long time since we talked."

(If this goes well, would you be more inclined to doing further series. I'm not particularly keen on OCs, honestly)

"Oh, Hi Mai!"Yugi smiled."It has been a long time. I've been doing well, what about you?"He asked as he stepped aside."Did you want to come in, Mai?"

"Sure. I was in the neighborhood," she said making her way to the table while Yugi got his breakfast. "I actually have been in contact with your mother, and she said she wanted me to check in on you."

(Yugi's mother is featured in the original version, but not in the English dub. Just to make it clear that she's not dead, so she is the actual primary caretaker of Yugi)

"Check up on me? Why?"He let out a sneeze."One sec, I need to dry my hair."He quickly grabbed his towel from the bathroom and came back to the table with the towel on his head."I can take care of myself, Mai. I am in highschool after all."Yugi said with a slightly annoyed tone as he got himself a bowl of cereal.

"I know, she just worries about you like mothers do," Mai said. "It just shows that she loves you." She chuckled a bit. "Other than that, but she didn't explain really. Just that you've been having some kind of...problem."

"Problem? I don't have a problem."Yugi tried to play it cool to not give away anything. It would kill him if this gets out the others!

Mai smiled. "Yugi, relax. I can keep a secret easily. You can tell me, and I promise I won't tell anyone."
