One padded wish (private)
 

Timmy was left with Vikki again and saw his parents go off again like always and was given chores by Vikki again and finish up with out magic and was gonna head to the kitchen till he heard crying.
Then his fairy pop up behind him.
"What up Timmy" Cosmo said then Timmy covers there mouths and shhhh them and tell them to peek in the kitchen.

"Hey sport." Wanda said as well, but then her mouth was covered by Timmy's hand. They all looked into the kitchen together to see that Vicky was sitting in one of the chairs at the table. Crying to herself. Normally she wasn't like this, she tried to keep composed, using her anger as a mask, but today it seemed to be catching up with her, the girl unable to contain her feelings for the moment.

Wonder what up with Vikki?" "I never seen her like this" Timmy said.
Maybe she could be reacting to my unions" Cosmo said and slice a union open and started crying.
Timmy look at Cosmo and knew that wasn't it with his blank Express face and look back at her and he could see something that she takes out of her bag.

Wanda shook her head. "Onions Cosmo, and doubt that's the reason." she stated.

In the other room Vicky was taking what looked like a diaper out of her bag. It seemed to be much larger than a normal diaper, Vicky just holding it and looking at it. Tears in her eyes. The girl definitely had several thoughts on her mind, all of which revolved around the garment she held.

Then Timmy got to thinking and look at his fairy.
"Um guys i been thinking i keep hearing this ABDL but couldn't understand what is was" "do i was thinking maybe you two could help me what it is" Timmy said.
"Why" Cosmo was about to say before he was cought off and turn into a computer.

Wanda had turned her husband into a computer, using him to look up information. "Well sport. ABDL is a whole thing where people, normally adults, but teens and older children seem to get caught up in it too, end up trying to be more like babies in an effort to remember a simpler or more pleasing time in their life." Wanda said, sounding quite informed about the topic as she looked it up.

Hmmm" Timmy said and taps his chin and thinks but wasn't having that evil smirk on his face.

"Huh that funny Timmy your not having that evil smirk then usual" Cosmo said as he turns himself back to himself.

"Yeah i know but i been thinking even though i hate her and don't like her but i somehow feel bad for her so i am going to wish Vikki a ABDL and be her sitter for the night." Timmy said.

Cosmo look around Wanda and wasn't sure if it was a good wish or not but raised his hand up and glows then a poof came from the kitchen.

In the other room Vicky was effected by the wish. Suddenly the teenage was dressed in just a green shirt and a large diaper. Her hair had a green bow in it and she was no longer crying. She didn't know why she'd been crying before, sitting in the kitchen on a chair. Looking around, she wondered where her babysitter was, after all, she couldn't be here on her own. "Timmy!" she shouted, knowing Timmy was watching her while she was here.

Yes Vicky" Timmy said as he walks in the kitchen.
"Are you hungry or hurt" Timmy said playing along and wasn't surprised by how she looked and the fairies disappear to do there own thing.
Or are you in need of a change" Timmy said and slide a finger under the waistband and to see if she was messy.

"Hungry." Vicky stated as Timmy came in. When the boy checked her diaper, she hardly noticed, as if it was just something her did to her all the time. She wasn't messy or wet at the moment, having just been made like this, though it likely wouldn't be long before the older girl was putting her diaper to use, for better or worse.
