Youthful Experiment (Private with Firegod)
 

Lucy knocked on the door of her psychology professor's door and waited for the professor to let her in. The 20 year old student was currently dressed in a pretty simple dark red dress with pantyhose under it and grey tennis shoes, with her black hair done up in a ponytail that went down to her shoulders. She had signed up to take her professor's experiments so that she could earn some extra credits, not that she really needed them as she was doing good in their class and was a popular student. She just liked getting as high of a score as she could, even if that meant a bit more work for her.

A woman in her early 30's sat behind the wooden desk. She wore a red shirt and black pants with a white medical coat. She walked over and opened the door that had her name and title, Dr. Wendy Allen.


"Oh Lucy, you're right on time." she said, letting the girl in.

"Yeah, it wouldn't do it to be late would it?" Lucy told Dr. Wendy as she entered the room.

"Of course not. You know I hate when students are late for appointments. Now, before we get into this, I expect you have some questions about what you signed up for, right?" Wendy asked her, closing the door and returning to her desk.

"Yes, you would be right about that Dr. Wendy." Lucy told her as she sat down at a chair opposite to the desk.

"Why don't you start asking and I'll do my best to answer you." Wendy offered.

"Okay, but you don't fear that me knowing could taint the results?" Lucy asked Wendy as she had learned in class that subjects are often kept in the dark about what they would be tested about so results wouldn't become tainted by the subject's preconceived thoughts.

Wendy smiled. That was exactly the reaction she was hoping for. "Good, you did pay attention in class."

"Thank you ma'am!" Lucy happily told Wendy at the praise.

"Time to start the experiment then." she said, handing Lucy a set of headphones. "Put these on and try to clear your head." she instructed.
