Broken trust, Gained trust (private)
 

Pomy was a 11-year-old pink Riolu who was put up for adoption after his trust of people was shattered, this was due to his family and the things they would do to him, he had heard from the staff that a person was going to see him today, but he didn’t believe them, why should he what makes them any different from his parents, and even if someone did come by there was no way they would adopt him he couldn’t control his temper, acted like a little kid most of the time and was still in diapers because of the beatings he got from his parents when he did something wrong, so he just thought it would be like the rest they come, they see him, hear about him, leave and never come back.

Thomas, 31 years old shiny sylveon, was talking with orphanage staff. Today he was going to adopt Pomy, poor boy with problems. He already know his problems and decided to take care about him. It was not fair someone so young had so horrible life. He wanted to help him gain his trust back. That's why he decided to adopt him. In that moment, he entered Pomy's room with one of caretakers.

Pomy was currently sitting in his closet in his room in nothing but an t-shirt and diaper the staff then led Thomas to his room and went in with him “Pomy, this nice man is here to see you” the lady said and Pomy just poked his head out

Thomas smiled softly as he saw Pomy's head poking out of the closet. He looked so adorable. He really wanted to adopt him now.
"Hello, little boy. My name is Thomas. I would like to become your daddy." he said in slow and really trustworth voice. His face was also really nice and friendly.

Pomy then went back into the closet “it’s okay Pomy you can believe him” the lady said and Pomy shook his head which was visible from a light in there

Thomas walked over to closet and kneeled down.
"Little one, it's ok. I know about your problems with your.... parents. I know you had bad childhood. But I really love you. I loved you since the day I saw your photo in adoption papers and since I discovered your past. I want to become your daddy. I want to give you so much love you will be filled with it. I will give you... new life. New childhood"

Pomy then flinched hearing the words New Childhood “Why?” He asked in a voice that sounded like a 5 year old

He kept smiling. Pomy finally said something.
"Because I love you. I don't even know and yet I feel like if you were my son forever. I want to br your daddy. I want you to take place in my heart. Become my little one. Become my son. Forever"

Pomy then thought about it for a minute before poking his head out of the closet again looking at Thomas “Y-You’re not lying?” He asked coming out completely looking confused as to why he would want a kid like him

Thomas put his ribbon on Pomy's head in gentle manner and started rubbing it softly.
"Look into my eyes and say by yourself. Am I lying?" he asked. His big, pink eyes were full of care and love. There was no hint of lie in it. Just pure acceptation
