Fairly Odd Parents RP?

I wanna do an RP where Timmy Gets babied by cosmo and wanda in fairy world. I also wanna put a twist to the babying where Timmy gets treated like a baby girl because he looks like one but really he is a boy. Any ideas are welcome!
