Forever linking the Egyptian Kingdom to the Roman Empire. History books are altered. Such a powerful couple are never seen again until the Royal family of Queen Victoria over a millennium later. Her sons became mighty generals of the united empires, and her daughter would become the next empress, she would outlive her husband by nearly two decades, in the modern world her tomb is a popular tourist attraction. So much so that when time travel is invented, the first person on the list of subjects is the Queen of the Nile, Last Pharoah of Egypt, First Empress of Rome, Daughter of the gods of Egypt, Mother of an empire, and wife of Ceasar, Ptolemy Caesar Cleopatra.

At this moment, Cleopatra was sleeping quite peacefully in bed, the breeze from the nearby window fluttering the curtains ever so slightly.

What few suspected was that the queen wore diapers, they were originally cloth, but due to being a heavy wetter she had switched to disposable. She openly displayed her diaper as a badge of pride, showing that she had given birth to healthy children, a trend that started up rather quickly.

At that moment, her maid, protector, and close friend, Charmion, came in to check on her queen. "Your Majesty?" she said quite sweetly.

She looked on over Cleopatra, stirring from her sleep.

"How does the schedule look?" The Empress asked instinctively as she took the throne that had been hers since the murder of her husband and given the fact she was diaper dependent she was still mourning the loss.

"Things are looking quite fine," Charmion said. "There's a meeting planned for an hour from now." She then checked Cleopatra's diaper.

"With whom, and from what time period?" She asks as she started to wet her diaper.

"A young man from the 21st century." Charmion undid her Empress' diaper, then proceeded to wipe her. "You've got just enough time to get ready and prep the children, then have breakfast."

"The kids are here at home, but I don't know if they will want to meet him, especially my only daughter, she's still upset about her dad" she says.

"I know," Charmion said, powdering her Empress, then fastening a new diaper. "At least, go and see to them. I know your children are more important to you than the Empire."
