My big sissy and i were recently admitted to an ABDL asylum. Neither of us knew what was in store for us, but we knew we would be there for a while. We walked into the front office holding hands where we encountered the nurse that would be taking care of us. We knew that they needed to run some tests oj us to decide how strict they need to be with us. I decided to not be diapered when we arrived even though that would change very quickly. I wave very shyly to our nurse as my face turns bright red.

I walked over to the front office holding my baby bro. "Hello. Me and my baby brother were admitted to your asylum" I said to the nice looking nurse. She smiled warmly to us.
"Ah, yes. We were waiting for you. Please, come throught this door" she said softly, pointing on the door, leading to the examination room

I cling to my big sissys arm as i follow her and our nurse. I look around at how cute and pretty everything was. We must have been at the AB building. All the walls had babyish colors and pictures on them. Soon we walked into the examination room however i didnt let go of my big sissy. I eventually got the courage to speak. "Um...what kinds of tests are you gonna dobto us nurse?" I asked.

Nurse looked at my baby brother sweetly. "Oh, just standard tests, sweetie. Your height, weight, crotch size and breasts size for your sissy. Some blood samples and temperature" she said

I blushed and nuzzled my big sissy gently. "Who...who is gonna go first?" I ask shyly. I began to wiggle with impatience. My face became even more red than ever. I looked up at my big sissy for comfort and love and support.

I smiled lovingly at my cute baby brother and hugged him lovingly, planting kiss on his forehead. Nurse cooed at both of us. "Well, ladies first. Your sissy will be the first one to check up. Now, undress, dear" she said to me and I nodded. I started to undress slowly

I sat on a nearby chair and watched this all happen. I crossed my legs to hide any excitement. However that did not stop me from wiggling and squirming around in the chair.

I undressed completly so I was completly naked. Nurse smiled gently and took me on medical scale to check up my height and weight. After doing so, she took scale to take my waist and breasts sizes. After that, she laid me down on settee and used rectal thermometer to check up my themperature. I flinched a bit but stayed still. After she finished, she took sample of my blood. "Well, that's all for now"

Im holding my big sissys clothes for her. I watch as she completes each test. "Is it my turn? Or is there more tests for big sissy?" I ask. I walk over and hand my big sissy her clothes.

I took my clothes and put them on. Nurse smiled at my brother. "It's all over for her. Now, it's your turn. Please, undress completly" she said with lovely smile on face
