Sunny Paws Daycare D&D (private w/Lord fluff)
 

At the Sunny Paws Daycare, a young kitten waddled around the nursery. He wore nothing but a pair of green booties and a star-print diaper. His name was Aiden, and he was surely the adventurous type, always treating even the simplest trips like a big quest. Today was no different, he wanted to go on an adventure through the nursery, but he didn't want to do it alone. He looked around the room for someone who would join him.

Sarah sat by herself coloring in a coloring book. The black and white kitten had been new to the daycare and had so far failed fo make anything friends at all. The girl was wearing a simple white dress with a diaper underneath.

Aiden snuck a few looks at the girl during his restless waddling. He considered asking her to join him on an adventure, but was always afraid she would say no. Well, there was no harm in at least trying. He waddled up to her and introduced himself, "Hello. My name is Aiden. What's your name?" he asked.

Sarah was lost in her coloring and didn't notice the boy waking up to her until he spoke to her. "hey Aiden, im Sarah" the young cat said as she looked up at the boy that stood over her.

"So, I was wondering. How would you like to go on an adventure with me?" Aiden asked, nervously shuffling his feet.

The girl looked up at him and cocked her head to the side. it was a strange request but she really didn't have anything better to do "Sure it kind of sounds like fun" she said standing up,

"Yay! Trust me, you're gonna love this." Aiden said happily as he thought of an adventure. An idea popped into his head, "I think I heard one of the other kids saying that they keep hearing noises under the daycare, I bet it's that Boogeyman we keep hearing about in scary stories. I say we should go down there and stop him." Aiden said bravely.

The kitten listed to the boy as he excitedly explained his plan. She listened and thought about it. She nodded. "Ok let's go"

Aiden walked her over to the toy chest, "We'll need to arm ourselves for the journey." he said while opening the chest, revealing many different toys that seemed to serve a different purpose. Our heroes felt that whatever toy they picked would define how they would defend themselves.

(Each class has a 20-skill that activates when a 20 is rolled on the 20-sided die. The skill does 20 damage to a monster or allows the party member to perform a specific action unique to that class)

Plastic Sword (Fighter) - Holding this sword makes one feel like they are the strongest warrior in the world, able to take down any foe with their raw strength. 20-skill: 20 damage or multiply the next roll by 2.

Toy Wizard Wand (Wizard) - With this wand in hand, one feels a complete mastery over the magical arts. 20 skill: 20 damage or inflict monster with one status effect, Nap, Tantrum, Messy, or Scared.

Plushie (Healer) - Cuddling this plushie makes one feel safe and protected. It would be nice to share the love and heal friends using it. 20 skill: 20 damage or heal the entire party back to full HP

Plunger Bow (Archer) - Who can't love the 'THWANG' sound that comes from this toy? Really helps keep bad guys at bay. 20 skill: 20 damage or avoid the next monster attack that hits.

Pretend Lute (Bard) - Singing one's favorite nursery rhymes has never been this fun. Singing really does have a magical quality to it. 20 skill: 20 damage or buff party with +5 Def. or Atk. Mod.

Sarah looked over the various toys before picking up the wand. She always loved stories with wizards and magic in them. She have the wand a spin in her hands.
